The space
Close to shops, this flat is located in a modern, calm and secure building and is perfect to enjoy the sun and the sea breeze of the southern coast.
This bright and modern apartment is located on the ground level and consists of a living space of 45 sq. m and includes :
- a spacious living/dining-room ,
- a bedroom with queen-size bed (160cm),
- an open well-equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, hot plates, fridge and freezer),
- a bathroom with shower,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing equipment.
- TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning,
- a parking spot is available in the basement of the building.

The neighborhood
Enjoy the beach, the Mediterranean sun and the South sweetness for a stay. Ideally located 5 min away by foot from the station, you’ll reach the Croisette and the Festival Palace in 7 min, and the old city and the beach in 8 min. You will also be able to enjoy all the proximity shops around the flat.
