- a bathroom with bathtub open on the bed room,
- a well-equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, blender, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, dishwasher),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
- TV and WIFI.

The neighborhood

In this very sweet to live district, popular and living, situated close to place de la Victoire and rue Sainte Catherine, you won’t miss anything. You’ll be able to visit Bordeaux by walk through its little nice and picturesque streets, and enjoy its numerous animations. Your steps will take you from the cafés on the sides of the river Garonne to the Capucins market, famous for its quality products and its typical atmosphere. You will also find a lot of restaurants and bars around the flat.

Victoire tram stop (line B) → 5 min by foot
From the train station (Saint Jean) → 20 min by transports or 10 min by car
From the airport→ 30 min by car or 1h by transports
