No comment We booked the Masai Mara apartment trusting the description on Booking, but the experience was filled with unpleasant situations and unjust accusations. We only used the kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast for our kids, which was necessary and clearly listed in the apartment’s amenities. Upon departure, we vacuumed, washed the dishes, and left the apartment even cleaner than we found it. Despite this, the hosts insisted we had left a mess, including insinuating that we hadn’t disposed of the trash properly.
In reality, we tried to dispose of the trash at a nearby bin, but a local lady informed us we weren’t allowed to use it, and there were no clear instructions on where to leave it. In the end, we left the trash in a bag, which was reasonable given the lack of guidance.
Furthermore, when leaving, we put the key in a designated box, which unfortunately had a hole that caused the key to fall into a lower space, likely belonging to a neighbor. Even this incident was used by the host to imply we caused damages, even though it was clear that this defect already existed.
The worst part was the host’s attempt to charge us an exorbitant amount of 1000 euros for exaggerated and completely baseless reasons, despite our stay only costing about 400 euros. It seems like a calculated plan to take advantage of guests through false accusations and abusive practices.
Beware of these hosts – I strongly recommend avoiding this place and choosing accommodations where you’ll be treated with respect and transparency.

Die Lage war toll. Alles wesentliche war fußläufig erreichbar, auch die Anbindung an die Buslinien. Allerdings ist die Wohnung nicht für 4 Erwachsene geeignet. Die Küchenausstattung war sehr knapp bemessen. Es war nicht wohnlich. Es gab keine Sitzmöglichkeiten für 4 Personen zum Entspannen. Das Schlafplatzangebot für 4 war sehr beengt.

Der Kontakt mit der Agentur war freundlich und unkompliziert.
Die Sauberkeit ließ leider zu wünschen übrig. Nach Meldung an die Agentur ( Wohnung wurde über einen Schlüsselsafe übergeben,kein Mitarbeiter anwesend) stellte man unsere Aussage in Frage,nachgearbeitet wurde jedoch nicht.
Die Entfernung zum Disneyland ist super und lässt sich auch sehr gut fahren,aber aufgrund der Sauberkeit nie wieder.

Very nice apartment and building in a charming little town. We asked the manager for an extra blanket for our kids, ¿he/she? (never identified him/herself) though an extra person was staying. Quite unfriendly messages. We could have bought the blanket in a supermarket and avoided it.

Het was rustig gelegen en toch makkelijk bereikbaar voor disney. De aankomst was voor ons goed te doen, dit werd via watsapp uitgelegd waar de sleutel lag en hoe we binnen konden. De ramen waren elektrisch te bedienen. Basic maar aanwezig! Parkeren is daar moeilijk. Dit was een last minut wijziging waardoor ik niet de eerste keuze meer had en dus geen parking en geen internet had. Dat laatste vond ik toch ook wel jammer. De zetel hadden we ook te laat door dat die opengeklapt kon worden. Het licht in de gang gaat zeer snel uit.

Rigtig fin lejlighed til 4 personer i en meget hyggelig og rolig by. Super tæt på Disneyland og Val d´Europe.
Nemt at komme med tog ind til Paris Centrum, dette tager ca 1 time fra Gare du Val d´Europe. Ingen Wifi og internet i Lejligheden..!! På trods af at vi fik tilsendt Username og Wifikode til netop dette.
Utroligt svært at komme i kontakt med Wilkey´s som står for udlejning og checkin.
Checkin var klart aftalt til kl 15.00 - Vi fik først adgang til lejligheden kl ca 16.15 - På trods af gentagne tlf opkald og SMS var det umuligt at komme i kontakt med Wilkey´s - Ganske enkelt alt for dårlig service, det er virkeligt plads til forbedring.!!!

les points positifs : - appartement très propre
les points négatifs : - mini frigo - coussins dure comme des cailloux, mal de tête attention
le plus grave on m'a donné le mauvais code à mon arrivée... heureusement le taxi est resté quelques minutes pour m'aider à sortir mes valises de la voiture et j'ai ou utiliser son téléphone pour contacter la personne sinon je me retrouvais sur le trottoir avec les enfants... quand vous arrivez de l'étranger sans téléphone fonctionnel ça aurait pu être la vraie galère
sinon résidence plutôt calme, mais pour se garer c'est pas évident, sens unique dans la rue donc vous tentez votre change si vous vous engagez et si pas de place vous été bon pour un petit tour du village pour retourner au parking en bas qui n'est pas à côté quand on a des courses ou des trucs à porter. ça aurait été cool de laisser une place dans le parking privé de la résidence pour les locataires

The advert for the rental property stated; - free parking on premises. whilst there was under ground parking at basement level within the building we were not allowed to use it as according to the owner there's isn't any for the flat. so much so that we found free parking on one to the nearby roads and our car got broken into!!! will see how much the local garage will charge us. - WiFi within the appartment. there was no such thing and once again we asked the owner about this. I note from comments from people who have stayed before that this was also the case back then something they were going to rectify back in Aug/Sept 2022. we stayed middle to end October 22. - 10 minutes WALK from Disneyland. it would have actually taken about 1 hour. the bus service was easy n close but the last bus back from the park was before closing time therefore you would miss the finale light/fireworks display!!! so we spent an un-budgeted €92 on bus/taxis from appartment to Disney and back over 3 days for 4 people!!! when we checked in online before arriving we sad that we would arrive about 1530hours. upon completion the response was that the concierge would be present to greet you... we never met this person throughout our stay and took ages to contact us back via messages. again another unexpected and unwelcoming cost (international roaming that UK bolo ger has). the owners should be very ashamed of their professionalism and Air BnB should be more careful of what it lets on their website. From now one I shall stay with superusers. shame for new people trying to make a living of the short term rental market.

Die Nähe zum Disneyland ist super. Man fährt ca. 15min mit dem Auto oder nimmt den Bus was ein paar Minuten mehr Zeit in Anspruch nimmt. Zur Unterkunft selber kann ich nur sagen das Sie inordung ist. Kontakt zum Anbieter war sehr gut. Man hatte einen persönlichen Ansprechpartner ( Telefon ) den man immer fragen konnte. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war dürftig ( Haare, Krümmel etc.) . Leider war auch kein Staubsauger oder eine Kehrgarnitur vorhanden.

Propre, il serait joli. Personne ne nous a accueilli, les clés se trouvent dans une box, on nous indique simplement le code. L’appartement n’était pas propre à notre arrivée, poussière et reste de nouilles par terre, moisissure dans le réfrigérateur, drap froissé et taché. Nous avons immédiatement prévenu la personne de contact mais elle n’a pas voulu nous aider et nous a fait passer pour des menteurs. Nous avons donc dû quitter cet appartement et réserver une chambre d’hôtel en dernière minute. Ils n’ont malheureusement pas accepté de nous rembourser la totalité du séjour malgré les photos envoyées prouvant la saleté. Nous sommes très déçus et ne recommandons pas du tout ce logement !

Le séjour décrit un parking gratuit, hors il n'y a pas de parking, il s'agit juste de la rue. Nous avons seulement trouvé une place à 200m. Pas évident pour tout décharger. Il n'y avait pas de chaise haute et de lit bébé comme indiqué, nous avons du dormir avec notre enfant de 21 mois ce que nous nous étions refusé jusqu'à maintenant pour son éducation. Enfin plutôt mineur mais l'appartement est sombre le soir, il manque des ampoules sur les luminaires . L'appartement n'est pas aussi propre qu'un forfait à 85 pourrait l'exiger: après 30min dans l'appartement mon fils avait les pieds noirs. aucun service de conciergerie comme l'hôte indique, le.contact que j'ai eu m'a laissé une autre adresse pour récupérer les clés dans une locabox, idem pour rendre les clés. Autant mettre tout de suite dans l'annonce que c'est une arrivée autonome pour éviter de faire un jeu de piste. le lit n'est pas un Queen size (160) mais un 140, enfin le wifi ne fonctionnait pas.
