Situated on the first floor of a small residence, this bright and beautiful apartment of 27 sq. m is composed of:
- a large terrace of 20 sq. m,
- a pleasant living room with a comfortable sofa bed,
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a bathroom with shower,
- a very well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, microwave, hotplates, fridge, dishwasher),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer and A/C
- TV, Wi-Fi.

The neighborhood

In addition to being close to coves, stores and groceries, you will be at the heart of the lively district of Les Sablettes, where you can enjoy the night market, bars, restaurants, cafes, and its numerous activities. You will also be able to access the city's nautical activities, or Funnyland, the amusement park for children. Moreover, the Port du Lazaret is only a 5-min beach walk away if you want to go by boat to Toulon, Saint-Mandrier or Porquerolles. For a little more peace and quiet, you will be able to find the Janas forest with its magnificent panoramic view only 3km away. Feel free to go to Tamaris, for a taste of the famous oysters of the region!
