The neighborhood
Very close to the port, in the heart of the Old Antibes, you will be in the immediate vicinity of all the places that make the reputation of this pretty southern town: the Fort Carré, the Vauban port, the Provencal market... It will also only take you 5 minutes to drive to Juan-les-Pins and its many bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Thanks to the proximity of the station, you can also easily discover the other cities of the Côte d'Azur.

The flat was in a good location, nicely furnished, and the size was perfect. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing.
The drains in the kitchen and bathroom were clogged, and water hardly drained. When we showered, the bathroom would get slightly flooded, and when we used the dishwasher, old water and food scraps (not ours) would rise up from the drain. It took a long time to get a response from the property managers when we contacted them. Sadly, we had to spend the entire week with a dirty and unhygienic drain because the promised plumber never arrived. We received no help and the landlords simply referred us to the manager, who did not respond.
The apartment was also not well cleaned and had several unhygienic issues, such as the clogged drain, used sponges in the drawers, dust, and a dirty floor.

Well equipped apartment, town centre and close to all amenities shops,cafes restaurants and beaches, however we only used it for a sleeping base, out early every morning and returning to change for the evening's, the apartment is situated on a very busy main road with very high traffic noise. Do not plan to eat and relax on the balcony, especially in the evening between 4 to 10. The traffic noise , we had to close all windows and blinds to blank out the noise. The agents renting the property were based in Paris and relied on a local agent to meet you on arrival and departure, this never happened, we were continually arguing by telephone for entry, and surprisingly told us to leave on the departure date by leaving the keys on the table and just closing the door. Welkeys the agent's made it a very stressful holiday, also you have to pay a credit card payment of 1500 euros deposit, no inventory on arrival so ensure you take many photos on arrival and the same on departure day.

Fin lägenhet, matchade bilderna. Tyvärr var golvbrunnen inte rengjord vilket orsakade översvämning i badrummet vid dusch, och golvet inte helt rent. Saknades även kuddfodral till två i sällskapet trots att det var välkänt att vi var fyra personer som skulle checka in. Fanns inte heller toapapper trots att detta stod i beskrivningen att det skulle finnas. Fick bra bemötande från Welkeys vid kontakt, men tyvärr hörde aldrig deras lokala värd av sig för att hjälpa oss med våra problem trots att detta utlovades. I övrigt fint läge, nära till både havet och gamla stan och en mycket fin terass.

Tutto Garage sotterraneo due piani sotto con rampa liscia che ha rischiato di compromettere l’uscita dell’auto. Le ruote slittavano e l’auto non avanzava perché era tutto liscio. Ho segnalato all’agenzia che ha preso in carico la nostra prenotazione da Booking che devono rifare la rampa prima di segnalare che è disponibile il posto auto al coperto. Alla fine non ho più parcheggiato all’interno del condominio, ed ho dovuto trovare dei parcheggi esterni.

L'appartement Airbnb Welkeys est vraiment bien situé près de la rue la plus animée de la ville. J'ai été agréablement surpris par la propreté de l'endroit. De plus, l'arrivée autonome facilite grandement le processus d'enregistrement.
L'un des points forts de cet endroit est sa proximité avec d'excellents restaurants, notamment le Safranier. Ce restaurant est tenu par le chef , qui a travaillé auparavant au célèbre hôtel Eden-rock . La qualité de la cuisine au Safranier est exceptionnelle et vaut vraiment le détour.
En résumé, si vous cherchez un appartement bien placé, propre et proche de bons restaurants, l'appartement Welkeys est un excellent choix . PS merci à monsieur Karim pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité

Läger jättebra, nära till affär, fik, restauranger, shopping, strand. Enda som inte var bra var AC-ute på altanen, allstade/blåste ut extrem värme, gick knappt o vara på altanen, för varmt!.....

Appartamento moderno, provvisto di tutti i comfort e pulitissimo. Terrazza molto godibile. La città vecchia è a poche centinaia di metri e così la spiaggia. Di giorno e di notte il rumore del traffico di auto, scooter e furgoni dalla strada può risultare fastidioso.

Viihtyisä ja siisti asunto, oikein sopiva kahdelle henkilölle. Tilava olohuone ja makuuhuone ja todella mukava parveke. Siisti kylpyhuone. Keittiö oli kohtuullisen hyvin varusteltu ja hyvin toimiva. Asunto sijaitsee loistavassa paikassa autottomalle. Sekä rautatieasema että bussiasema ovat aivan lähellä, muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Toisaalta myös sekä ranta että Antibesin vanha kaupunki ovat myös hyvin lähellä. Myös rappukäytävä oli hyvin siisti ja huoliteltu, oli mukava tulla sinne. Tosin meidän oleskelun aikana talon hissi oli harmillisesti rikki koko toisen viikon. Asunnon kylpyhuoneen lattiakaivo työnsi todella pahaa hajua kylpyhuoneeseen. Sisäilma-allergisena ihmisenä oli vaikeuksia käydä kylpyhuoneessa. Lopulta peitin lattiakaivon muovilla, jolloin haju ei päässyt sisälle. Toivon, että asia korjattaisiin, koska asunto on muuten todella mukava. Voin hyvin suositella asuntoa.

Très bon séjour dans un appartement spacieux, décoré avec goût, bien équipé et très propre. Le top : une magnifique terrasse avec tout le mobilier d’extérieur dont un canapé d’angle et un sol en lames de bois. Les photos mises en ligne reflètent vraiment l’appartement , plus grand en réalité. Une situation de choix proche de la gare (500 m), des commerces, du Centre et de la plage de la Gravette, le tout à pieds !

Un séjour court et malheureusement écourté pour raison personnelle, mais cet appartement était parfait. Les photos de l'annonce lui correspondent tout à fait : agréable à vivre, bien équipé, une literie de bonne qualité (même le canapé) et très bien entretenu. Côté pratique : le parking, l'arrivée et le départ très faciles. Ajoutons une hôte très disponible, répondant très vite à nos demandes.

I have been to and stayed in Antibes a few times now and am quite familiar with the town and the surrounding area. This was my partner Natalie’s first visit and she loved it and has said she wants to go back very soon. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable 4 night stay in this lovely apartment and both of us would love to stay for longer next time.

We found everything we need during our 2 weeks stay in this cute apartment .The apartment is exactly as described. We found all kitchen tools, towels and bed sheets clean and tidy. Great balcony to enjoy morning coffees. Perfect location. Private parking under the building. Beaches, groceries, Antibes main train station and city center are all in 5-10 min. walking distance. Definitely will visit again.
