The neighborhood
Very close to the port, in the heart of the Old Antibes, you will be in the immediate vicinity of all the places that make the reputation of this pretty southern town: the Fort Carré, the Vauban port, the Provencal market... It will also only take you 5 minutes to drive to Juan-les-Pins and its many bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing.
The drains in the kitchen and bathroom were clogged, and water hardly drained. When we showered, the bathroom would get slightly flooded, and when we used the dishwasher, old water and food scraps (not ours) would rise up from the drain. It took a long time to get a response from the property managers when we contacted them. Sadly, we had to spend the entire week with a dirty and unhygienic drain because the promised plumber never arrived. We received no help and the landlords simply referred us to the manager, who did not respond.
The apartment was also not well cleaned and had several unhygienic issues, such as the clogged drain, used sponges in the drawers, dust, and a dirty floor.

The traffic noise , we had to close all windows and blinds to blank out the noise. The agents renting the property were based in Paris and relied on a local agent to meet you on arrival and departure, this never happened, we were continually arguing by telephone for entry, and surprisingly told us to leave on the departure date by leaving the keys on the table and just closing the door. Welkeys the agent's made it a very stressful holiday, also you have to pay a credit card payment of 1500 euros deposit, no inventory on arrival so ensure you take many photos on arrival and the same on departure day.

Garage sotterraneo due piani sotto con rampa liscia che ha rischiato di compromettere l’uscita dell’auto.
Le ruote slittavano e l’auto non avanzava perché era tutto liscio.
Ho segnalato all’agenzia che ha preso in carico la nostra prenotazione da Booking che devono rifare la rampa prima di segnalare che è disponibile il posto auto al coperto.
Alla fine non ho più parcheggiato all’interno del condominio, ed ho dovuto trovare dei parcheggi esterni.

L'un des points forts de cet endroit est sa proximité avec d'excellents restaurants, notamment le Safranier. Ce restaurant est tenu par le chef , qui a travaillé auparavant au célèbre hôtel Eden-rock . La qualité de la cuisine au Safranier est exceptionnelle et vaut vraiment le détour.
En résumé, si vous cherchez un appartement bien placé, propre et proche de bons restaurants, l'appartement Welkeys est un excellent choix . PS merci à monsieur Karim pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité

Myös rappukäytävä oli hyvin siisti ja huoliteltu, oli mukava tulla sinne. Tosin meidän oleskelun aikana talon hissi oli harmillisesti rikki koko toisen viikon.
Asunnon kylpyhuoneen lattiakaivo työnsi todella pahaa hajua kylpyhuoneeseen. Sisäilma-allergisena ihmisenä oli vaikeuksia käydä kylpyhuoneessa. Lopulta peitin lattiakaivon muovilla, jolloin haju ei päässyt sisälle. Toivon, että asia korjattaisiin, koska asunto on muuten todella mukava.
Voin hyvin suositella asuntoa.

Perfect location. Private parking under the building.
Beaches, groceries, Antibes main train station and city center are all in 5-10 min. walking distance.
Definitely will visit again.
