appartement très calme, donne sur cour intérieure donc pas de bruit de circulation.
remise de clef en main propre a l heure choisi. un peut plus de rangement dans la salle de bains : porte manteaux , tablette ou petite armoire pour ranger les nécessaires de toilettes. A remettre en état: le store de chambre (bloqué en bas), la poignée de porte (se dévisse, l éclairage de la hotte HS)
très bien dans l ensemble.
canapé pas très propre, taché !! nettoyage a prévoir !!

Jó elhelyezkedés, tágas szobák. A felszereltségből sem hiányzott semmi. A tisztaságon lehetne javítani. A lakás nagyon gyorsan felmelegszik, a ventillátor sem segít ha nagyon meleg van.

Proximité de la gare et des commerces Absence de café, thé et sucre au moins pour le 1er jour. Il y avait une machine à utiliser avec des capsules. Mais pour un voyageur qui vient de l'étranger, on ne met pas dans nos valises, des capsules de café. Presque pas de produit à vaisselle et pas de torchon.

central location. quiet neighborhood. easy access to stores, public transport. prompt service we had a bit of challenge with hot water that was fixed quickly. When getting into apartment you have to PULL the door towards you while turning the key and NOT push the door (someone walked us online video call of turnign key three times to unlock while pulling the door) , if you arrive late light switch is near the elevator .. please ensure you dont press other people doorbells instead of lightswitch . Also at the entrance use the keyfob (ther black circular thing in your key that has 2 keys and the keyfob) .. but other than one time efforts to figure this out ovrall stay is very good value for money

Welkeys used a representative to handle communication on what’s app instead of airbnb. The woman coordinating the checkin had no knowledge of the reservation and sent the code to the next tenant instead of me.

The apartment is well located, near the railway and bus station and stores. The pictures on booking are around 85% according to the reality and the apartment has all the facilities you need. The communication with the property manager is difficult. They could do some improvment regarding the cleaning (I have attached a picture with the air machine). They have strict rulez regarding the departure: you must wash dishes, take the garbage and leave the apartment clean, not very convenient when you are on holiday. Also they are request a 1200 euro guarantee which is important that is released 15 days after your departure and for which you pay additional charges of 10 euro. At first they said we can recover the charges, but we did not succed as they are not answering my messages.

Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und insbesondere die Küche hat uns gut gefallen. Zudem war die Lage sehr angenehm. Um die Ecke hat sich direkt ein Supermarkt befunden und der Strand konnte in 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht werden. Der Kontakt zur Ansprechpartnerin verlief reibungslos über WhatsApp, wodurch wir uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt haben. Da es keine Klimaanlage und nur einen Ventilator gab, war es tagsüber in der Wohnung sehr warm.

The location was good. I didn’t like the constant demands for a HUGE damage deposit on a unit I had never seen nor inspected.
The unit wasn’t ready at 3pm per the check in time.
The sofa is dirty, the carpet is dirty, the shower curtain is disgusting. There is no a/c, The fan is furry and needs cleaning. The vacuum canister is stuffed and needs dumping. There is no closet and only four hangers. The range hood is dripping in grease. The door lock is sticky and hard to open. The glasses were dirty and needed washing. The contact numbers on our reservation are ‘out of service’. No towel racks in bathroom only cheap little hooks. Only one kitchen towel. WiFi passwords not clearly displayed - you have to ask.
WELKEYS emailed several times to ‘remind’ us to clean the apartment and be gone by ten am - or else!

This is a beautiful apartment, extremely clean, and a quick walk from the train station. Chou, the apartment manager, was extremely helpful and provided all information needed for a smooth check in. I would highly recommend staying here.

Die Wohnung ist einfach, aber gemütlich gestaltet. Insbesondere die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Leider waren die Pfannen nicht für einen Induktionsherd geeignet, die Kochtöpfe sowie Backofen konnten wir problemlos nutzen. Zur Anreise war unser Rollo kaputt, dies wurde aber dann sehr schnell behoben und repariert, das ist positiv hervorzuheben. Die Lage ist gut, es fahren einige Busse vor der Tür und es gibt 150m weiter einen Supermarkt. Zur Strandpormenade läuft man in etwa 10-15Minuten. Ich würde definitiv wiederkommen und die Unterkunft nochmal buchen, sonst war alles bestens.
