En revanche, certains équipements ne me semblent pas en adéquation du tarif à près de 250€ par nuit: bac à douche très petit fermé par un simple rideau, canapé clic clac hors d'âge dans le salon, cumulus d'eau chaude qui ne chauffe pas en mode automatique ( obligé d'attendre plusieurs heures en mode manuel)

La vue sur l’océan et l’accès à la plage au bout du jardin, le parking fermé et sécurisé.
Le service de conciergerie: accueil, linge de lit et de toilette propre.
Les points négatifs :
Logement aux équipements vétustes (salle de bains, placards, frigo, vaisselle) qui mériterait un peu d'investissement.
Logement petit, à plus de 2 personnes on doit se marcher dessus, et avec quelques problèmes d'humidité (problème d’aération dans la salle de bains, rideau de douche en décomposition, literie avec des odeurs d'humidité).
Effets personnels des propriétaires jetés à la va vite dans les placards.
Prix surévalué pour l’appartement et la prestation ménage à 110€ pour 1h de ménage.

Las fotos y la realidad no coinciden en el interior del apartamento. La limpieza del baño no correcta, se tubo que limpiar el desagüe de la ducha, estaba cegada por pelos.

Beaucoup trop de choses ! En dehors de l’emplacement, rien ne justifie l’appellation de cette location ! Tout est vieillot, moche, abîmé, la propreté est très relative… Pas de wi-fi, un lit de 140 et des oreillers de premiers prix très désagréables… Partout de la rouille des produits bas de gamme pour un appartement qui l’est tout autant.  même pas un ventilateur ! Il faudrait refaire la peinture, il faut rénover totalement cet appartement, et l’équiper dignement. Le prix est totalement injustifié.

Appartement sympa.
Juste bémol sur les frais de ménage excessifs (100€ pour deux nuits), d'autant que ce n'était pas parfait le ménage.

Par contre le vis à vis est important dans le jardin et la chambre donne sur le parking.
J'ai laisser des commentaire pour amélioré si c'est fait je reloue l'année prochaine.
