Close to shops and transports, this flat is perfect for a stay in Paris while staying in a relaxing district.
This bright apartment, located at the 7th floor with elevator, consists of a living space of 61sq. m and includes :

The neighborhood

The Bois de Vincennes, one of the greatest Parisian parks, is less than 10 min away by walk : perfect for a jog or a family walk ! Lastly, with the RER A located just nearby, you will be 20 min away from the Department Stores or Garnier Opera, 25 min from Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysées and 40 min from Disneyland Paris.

Aucun accueil… trop de numéros téléphone d’intervenants en dehors de l’application booking et personne ne répond au téléphone malgré les messages laissés.
Je ne conseille pas du tout cette conciergerie ni cette intermédiaire.

Je déconseille ce genre d'établissement, caution à distance, une fois vos codes enregistré ils vous prennent 6,51€+ 22€ de frais pour arrivée tardive sans possibilité de refuse..., alors qu'il est précisé lors de la réservation que le check-in peut se faire entre 15 et 00h. Et personne ne se déplace pour vous accueillir vu que les clés sont dans une boîte à code.
Vitre de douche non étanche qui laisse passer l'eau à côté, ménage bâclé il restait une serviette sale dans la chambre.
Et la surprise des frais supplémentaires... Nui encore une déception sur Booking

Appartamento datato come mobilio, non moderno, ma accettabile per l'uso convenuto. Seppur di ausilio al check in da remoto, a mezzo whatsapp, ho docuto pagare €22 per il ritardo (la consegna delle chiavi tramite codice fornito per il citofono ed una cassettina con un altro codice) che sarebbe cosa gradita riceverle indietro (il check-in non in presenza, od alle 16 del pomeriggio oppure alle 5 del mattino, perchè deve essere pagato?)

Bei unserer Ankunft abends gegen 20.45 Uhr wurden wir von einem Vertreter der Vermieterfirma empfangen und erfuhren, dass die Wohnung nicht geputzt sei. Er bot uns an, dass wir einziehen und selbst putzen könnten. (Angeblich würden dies häufig Anreisende machen, wenn sie eigene Bettwäsche mitbringen.) Dafür würde uns die Miete für einen Tag erstattet. Oder wir könnten in einem Hotel übernachten, wofür die Firma aufkommen würde, auf Nachfrage auch für den Transport zum Hotel und am nächsten Tag wieder zur Wohnung zurück. Die Wohnung wäre dann am nächsten Tag bis 11 Uhr, spätestens 12 Uhr bezugsfertig. Wir entschieden uns fürs Hotel, mussten jedoch selbst eines finden, ebenso ein Taxi. (Nicht ganz einfach für zwei ältere Damen Mitte 60, die nicht fließend Französisch sprechen!) Der Welkeys- Vertreter erklärte uns, als wir ihn um Hilfe dabei baten, dass dies nicht zu seinen Aufgaben gehöre. Außerdem informierte er uns, dass die Vermieterfirma nicht für 2 Einzelzimmer aufkommen würde und wir uns ein Doppelzimmer teilen müssten - sehr unangenehm, da wir dies gerade nicht wollten, schließlich hatten wir wohlbedacht eine Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern gebucht. (Wir sind nicht verwandt.) Schließlich versprach er uns, dass er uns am nächsten Tag sofort verständigen würde, wenn die Wohnung geputzt und bezugsfertig sei. Auf diesen Anruf warteten wir am nächsten Tag lange vergebens. Erst nach 17 Uhr konnten wir endlich die Wohnung beziehen. So ging uns wegen des Wartens ein ganzer Urlaubstag verloren.
Nicht gerade angenehm war auch, dass die Bettwäsche sehr alt und abgenutzt war, z.T. mit Löchern und Pilling.
Als wir, wieder zu Hause angekommen, die Hotelrechnung und die Taxikosten bei der Vermieterfirma einreichten, erlebten wir die nächste "Überraschung": Es wurden lediglich die Hotelkosten erstattet, nicht die Kosten fürs Taxi. Erst nachdem wir uns an Booking.

Gros point négatif, il n'y a pas de lave-linge !
Enfin, contrairement à d'autres Airbnb, il n'y a rien comme produit de cuisine de base (sel / poivre....) ce qui est gênant pour le quotidien.
L'agence qui gère l'appartement est réactive mais la personne qui fait l'intendance n'est pas accommodante et pas à la hauteur.

De ´concierge´ was voor de eerste keer in het gebouw, binnenkomen kostte hierdoor veel moeite. De parkeerplaats bleek in de ondergrondse garage te zijn, de juiste parkeerplek kon hij niet vinden. Die vonden we later op de 2e parkeerverdieping, van het bestaan hiervan had hij geen weet. Maar hij deed zijn best, over hem dus geen klachten.
Heel erg vervelend was dat de toegezegde handdoeken en keukendoeken ontbraken. We hebben dit onmiddellijk aan Welkey laten weten, ze vonden het heel erg maar er volgde geen nalevering. Dus hebben we bij de lokale Monoprix handdoeken moeten kopen, Welkey heeft ze niet vergoed. Ook de toegezegde toiletartikelen ontbraken.

La disponibilité des personnes qui gèrent les réservations et l'accueil
Déco surannée. 1 seul rouleau de papier toilette pour 3 et pour 4 nuits. Placards avec beaucoup de poussière, une chaussette abandonnée et une paire de ciseaux ?!?

Secure apartment with lots of space, decoration is dated and bathroom/kitchen etc are old. For Paris very big for the price.
