This nice house with garden and terrace consists of a living space of 160 sq. m and includes :
- a large yard with a terrace and a barbecue / dining corner as well as a nice jacuzzi,
- a bright living space with living and dining area,
- a well-equipped open kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, oven, hot plates, fridge, freezer, dish-washer),
- four bedrooms with double beds,
- two bathrooms including one with shower and one with bathtub,
- a vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, ironing equipment, hairdryer,
- TV and Wi-Fi.
Three cars can be parked inside the closed garden.

The neighborhood

Charming familial house, ideally located close to the beaches, it will just take you 10 min by bike to go to Chambre d’Amour beach. Just between Biarritz and Bayonne, you will access easily to this 2 cities and all the Basque Country thanks to the bus service. Don’t miss the Halles des Cinq Cantons, 10 min away by walk, to discover traditional local products : you will love to come to shop, chat, discuss and taste delicious daily dishes. For the dessert, we suggest you the Russian cake from Soares pastry.

Hirigogne bus stop → 2 min by walk
From Biarritz train station → 20 min by transport or 10 min by car
From Biarritz airport → 30 min by transport or 5 min by car
