L’appartement est niquel, neuf, il me semble.
Les équipements sont bien pensés pour optimiser l’espace.
Les contacts sont toujours disponibles et les informations très claires !
Séjour très agréable.
"Détail de parents" : Le fait qu'on nous dise qu’il y ait un matelas de lit parapluie alors que ce n’était pas le cas. Heureusement que nous avions prévu le nôtre au cas oû !! Ça aurait pu être très gênant.

Das gesamte Haus ist viel zu hellhörig, egal ob von oben, unten oder links und rechts, man konnte immer das Fernsehprogramm des Nachbarn hören etc.

La gestione dell'accesso alla casa. Purtroppo dopo aver prenotato con Booking subentra un'agenzia locale (Welkeys) che innanzitutto chiede una caparra a garanzia piuttosto alta e trattiene una piccola percentuale. Inoltre la consegna delle chiavi è stata difficoltosa (l'agente locale non si è presentato ed ha mandato solo un messaggio WhatsApp con le istruzioni per accedere all'appartamento)

Fehlende Handtücher wurden uns problemlos nachgereicht.
Etwa 10 min zu Fuss bis zur Bäckerei (1 leckeres Baguette kostet um 1€)
Für die 900€ Kaution musste man Kreditkartendaten hinterlassen. Wir wussten nicht bis zum Schluss ob sie abgebucht werden oder nicht. Zum Glück nur Hinterlegung, keine Abbuchung.

Although the email was very specific about the address, as the building letter 'D' could not be seen from the road, it took a little bit of investigation to find it! Other than that, an excellent stay. Will be visiting again.

Auf dem Balkon haben Stühle uns Tische gefehlt. Das ist schade. Der Balkon konnte so nicht wirklich genutzt werden.

Ceci ne concerne pas l'appartement mais le cumul Booking/Keyswels (le service de conciergerie).
Une fois l'appartement réservé sur Booking, nous avons reçu six mails d'un coup !!! : 3 pour Booking, 3 pour Welkeys !!!
Booking indiquant une caution en liquide de 500 euros, nous sommes allés chercher du liquide mais finalement Welkeys nous a réclamé une caution de 900 euros à payer en cliquant sur un lien reçu par téléphone. Il faudrait que ces deux organismes, qui nous facturent d'importantes commissions, se coordonnent pour nous donner une info fiable. Je signale également à Welkeys que je jette la majorité des SMS incluant un lien car un grand nombre de ces SMS sont des excroqueries...

il fait trop chaud la nuit dans l’appartement , pas de Clim ,le volet de la chambre laisse passer le soleil et la luminosité dès 6h du mat ( à rénover ) la literie petite et pas du tout confortable , pas de wifi et pas de réseau internet, le bruit des autres voisins la nuit

Très bien équipé et fonctionnel.
Environnement calme et très agréable avec sa proximité avec la mer.
Le seul bémol : nous n'avons pas eu de chauffage durant notre séjour (en décembre !) et le problème n'a pas été résolu malgré nos demandes auprès de Welkeys.
