Mais quelques desagréments quand meme, surtout pour un logement censé être tenu par une "agence" :
- la porte separant salon et chambre etait cassée, impossible à fermer
- la porte de la douche ne se fermait pas complètement
- on ne nous avait pas donné le nom de l'interphone, pas très pratique pour un appart au 4eme sans ascenseur
- le mobilier est uniquement du 1er prix et très minimal: par ex, la chambre est constituée d'un lit et rien d'autre
- une housse de couette avait ete laissée sur une couette, non lavée, roulée en boule sous le canapé

Petit bémol, communication compliqué avec l’agence car nous sommes arrivés un dimanche et leur service n’était pas très réactif pour nos questions.

Collection of the keys was a nightmare. We were given the wrong code for the lockbox. Only for the Taxi Driver we would not have been able to get into apartment on Saturday night. There was no reply in English to any of the phone numbers we had been given. The Taxi Driver stayed with us for about an hour before we were able to get the correct code.

Linge de lit e mt nécessaire de toilette à disposition bien pratique pour un séjour de quelques jours.
L'accès au logement dans une toute petite rue à sens unique est peu évident mais une fois arrivé nous n'avons plus utilisé la voiture (Parking cours Julien à 10min à pied) donc c'est un moindre mal.
Petit bémol sur le quartier qui est tout de même peu rassurant (mes parents n'ont même pas osé aller à la supérette toute proche tout seul)

The place is in a more quiet street next to the big street leading to the train station. As a group, we felt safe but as alone traveler the big street may not have felt perfectly safe at night.

Très peu d’ustensiles de cuisines le strict minimum, vitre de sale de bain cassé qui laisse passé l’eau partout. Mais ça ne nous a pas empêché de passer un excellent séjour à Marseille meilleure ville de France

La zona tiene muchos restaurantes cerca y está a 5 minutos del puerto.
Sin embargo la hora de checkout es muy temprana. Hay que dejar el departamento antes de las 10h de la mañana. Pedimos salir una hora más tarde pero fue denegado.
Este punto podría mejorar.

It is in a rough area, and we were robbed while trying to get the key from the lock box (my wife’s gold chain was ripped from her neck by a man lurking around).
It is on the 4th floor with access by a spiral staircase (not the best for those like us with lots of luggage on a long trip);
The lock needs repairing as it can only be opened by pulling the door towards you (which you do not know when you first arrive panting);
The check-in / check-out procedures required by the management agent (Welkeys) are the worse I have ever encountered in over 50 years of extensive travel for work and holiday. It is unnecessarily bureaucratic, cumbersome, clunky, tardy and moreover extremely stressful. You would have thought we were taking on a 12-month lease, not a 3-night mid-week stay. Issues include:
Having to enter our details twice in their system, in addition to providing them to Booking.com.
Requiring a deposit after payment had been made – initially it was to be €1000, but was reduced to €400. They forgot to ask for it until the last day when we were already travelling and would not give the access code until it was paid. You must pay a small administration fee upfront which our credit card provider rejected (probably because it looked like a scam) but we managed to pay with our debit card.
We then arrived before the access code was sent (given we are relying on WiFi to communicate this caused more issues).
Then once you have checked in you have to take photos of any damaged items. This seems fine, but you can only upload low resolution images, so you have to adjust the image size.
Checking out form comments section keeps taking you back to the end of the form after each letter if you want to edit your entry.
Then you are meant to send photos of the apartment as you are leaving. Why? Unless you take photos of every aspect of the apartment this provides no real protection.

Relativ viele Mails, SMS, Whatsappnachrichten vom Gastgeber vor dem Aufenthalt. Besser wäre gewesen einfach eine Nachricht mit allen Infos. Ausstattung etwas spärlich. (Zu wenig WC Papier, kein Putzlappen, kein Korkenzieher. Zwei Kaffeekapseln zur Begrüssung wäre nett gewesen.)

The company managing this property would spam your email/messages about using their link for check-in, security deposit, and asking for some personal information. I wasn’t particularly happy about uploading my passport picture through a third party link, and also I wasn’t at all happy with entering my credit card information in a third party link. upon check-in the guy who met me was not at all friendly. The apartment itself was very cold and the heater was not working, the toilet was moldy and when you take a shower, somehow there is a leak in the entrance and lastly, there were no utensils whatsoever inside the apartment.
Before check out, I asked for a late check out (i asked for 11 am or 12 pm instead of 10 am) and they were not flexible at all, they haven’t provided a reason to reject my request but they have mentioned (check out at 10 am is permanent)
In conclusion, I would not stay in this apartment again.

Hinweis für Kaffeetrinker: die Kaffeemaschine ist von Nespresso, es passen aber auch die hauseigenen Kapseln von Torrefaction Noailles, 56 La Canebière, die es im 10er-Pack in verschiedenen Sorten gibt.
