The space

A 10 min drive from Annecy and 20 min to La Clusaz, this beautiful air-conditioned chalet is perfect to enjoy a pleasant stay in the nature.

This cosy chalet of 170 m² is located in a residential and calm area of the little village of Alex and is composed of :
- a superb garden with a large terrace and a nice swimming-pool open from 15 May to 15 September,
- a beautiful and large bright living room,
- a bedroom with a king-size bed,
- three bedrooms with double beds,
- a bedroom with a single bed,
- a fully equipped open kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, dishwasher, freezer)
- two bathrooms with showers,
- a bathroom with bath/shower,
- hoover, wifi, TV and AC.

The neighborhood

Located a 10 min drive from Lake Annecy and 20 min from La Clusaz ski slopes, this chalet is ideal for discovering Annecy area, its mountains, beaches and hiking trails. It takes only 10 minutes by car to reach Annecy and discover the Old Town, the Castle, the Palais de l'Ile and its museums. Hiking enthusiasts can take advantage of the beautiful Mont Veyrier trail a few minutes away. This magnificent chalet is ideal for enjoying the mountains and the lake and letting your eyes wander to the breathtaking view of the landscape while having a meal on the terrace.
