This calm 28 m² flat, neatly decorated, is located on the ground floor on the courtyard and is composed of :
- a pleasant living space,
- a night corner with a double bed,
- a well-equipped open kitchen (toaster, blender, kettle, oven, hotplates, fridge, freezer),
- a bathroom with shower,
- hoover, washing machine, hair dryer,
- Wi-Fi.
→ Hotel quality cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure.

The neighborhood

Located on the river Garonne banks, between the warehouses and nearby the green Chartrons district, with its lively bistros and bars, you will not lack anything to enjoy a nice stay. You will be able to visit Bordeaux on foot through its pleasant and picturesque little streets, and enjoy the numerous animations. Your steps will lead you to the cafés on the quays of the Garonne to the Capucins market, famous for its quality products and its unbeatable atmosphere. You will also find many restaurants and bars in the area.

From Bordeaux airport → 25 min by car or 1h by transport
