The space

Located 5 minutes away from the center of the city and close to amenities, you'll be able to serenely enjoy a beautiful stay in the Landes !

In a calm and residential neighbourhood, in the middle of the pines and the cork oaks, this beautiful and traditional 190m² house, with every bedrooms offering a direct outdoor exist, is composed of :

- a ravishing swimming pool with three terrasses (one with a plancha) and a beautiful 1000m² garden with view on the Golf,
- a superb and comfortable living-room,
- three bedrooms with double beds and bathrooms with showers,
- a well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, freezer, dishwasher),
- an adjoining studio with a queen-size bed (160 cm), a shower room and a kitchenette,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, ironing equipment
- high chair, baby bed, baby bathtub
- TV, Wi-Fi, cooling fan,
- the possibility to park up to three cars in the villa's parc

Please note that the villa is not accessible for persons with reduced mobility.

The neighborhood

Two steps away from Hossegor lake and the Capbreton port, you will be at the best place to discover all the Landes wonders! You will benefit from the seaside resort sweetness, the oyster huts on the lake or the large ocean beaches 2 km away, famous for surfing. It will just take you 30 min driving to discover the Basque Country . At last, you will find numerous bars and restaurants around your accommodation : we advise you L'Etiquette wine bar 1 min away, Chez Loulou, La Cabane de la Plage Blanche or Chez Monsieur Mouette.
