Located on the 4th floor (with lift), this charming 50sq. m flat decorated with a lot of taste is composed of :
- a beautiful living space,

- a bedroom with a double bed and a big glass window giving on the living space,
- an adjoining bedroom with two single beds,
- a bathroom with a big shower,

The neighborhood
In the heart of Chamonix, 10 minutes away from the Planpraz lift, you will be in the best place to enjoy the town's huge ski area. All the shops, including ski rental and equipment shops, are within easy reach of the flat, as well as numerous bars and restaurants. All the leisure opportunities are within walking distance: the Casino and the Alpine Museum in 1 minute and the Thermal Centre in 8 minutes by foot. But you can also easily move around the town and reach the other cable cars thanks to the bus network. Finally, in summer, you will also find many activities: shopping, hiking, mountain biking...

Very central accommodation in Chamonix, close to everything. It wasn’t very clean upon arrival, but the host was accommodating and allowed an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated. The host also provided quick and clear communication. We had four great days of skiing in Chamonix. Excellent accommodation for this purpose—highly recommended!

Jätte fin lägenhet, bra läge och nära till allt. Såg ut som på bilderna och var väldigt fin. De negativa var att det inte fanns någon skidförvaring så man fick ha all utrustning i lägenheten. Men annars var de en jätte bra vistelse och rekommenderar att boka med welkeys.

The room is really nice and cozy. However, the lady sent us a wrong place with all accessible password at first and we could get in to someone room. This feels unsafe for us. Moreover, the parking hard to access and we could bot find the garage key. The lady did not help anything because she also did not know about the garage too!. We paid for parking in the city for 3 night (alomost 60 euro). On the second night, the electricity shut down. We called the lady asked for help. She could not help us anything again. We have to figure it out in super cold weather. It was a nightmare!

Very good location in Chamonix
Elevator 🛗 was very important for us
Relatively clean space
The negatives:
Do not park in the box provided - just don’t, it is so small, we couldn’t get out of the car - trying to get out of the parking box we scratched the car..
Very hot - no fans for cooling (the beds are in the attic) - we wrote to the company and didn’t get a response - in July or August- cooling is essential there
No good internet connection working for us

The placement of the apartment is the best thing about it. It is close to restaurants, bus station, ski Tracks and shopping. It was also clean and looked Nice.
Cons: We had to figure things out by ourself. Had to ask for wifi, had to ask where the to put our skies, and had to ask where to throw away full trashbags. And the owner was only there by Whats**p. So lack of information from the host. It Was only one toilet paper roll, no soap to take the dishes with.
The most annoying was the sleeping solution. Its only one bedroom. We were two couples travelling. One couple ended up sleeping downstairs on the sofa. Upstairs it was a room with one single bed with a bed shelf under. To Get to that room u had to walk past the double bed who is placed between the stairs and that bedroom. They should post picture of the plan solution so other people dont Get fooled.
Its a Nice place for a family of 4 with two small kids who need to sleep close to their parents.

On the whole, we loved the apartment. The location is fantastic. The apartment was very neat and lovely. We had a great vacation and the host did answer most of our questions and was responsive and helpful. the kitchen/dining area is spacious and well stocked. Good stove and oven. Door separating couch and TV is very helpful for privacy.
There were some concerns. First, the ski locker was not made available to us. Also, the parking was hard to locate and farther than expected from the apartment -- very narrow and hard to manage entering and exiting the spot. The lock for parking garage worked, but was difficult to work with. since we did not have storage locker for skis, and garage was far, we did a lot of unexpected "shlepping." There was one roll of toilet paper in the apartment -- we bought, which is fine, but not ideal. the two bedrooms have a door in between them, so you need to go through one to get to the other -- not ideal if you are not all related.

As soon as we tried to get in we noticed that the front door handle was loose. The very small washer had a dirty towel in it. We made the manager aware of it when we called to ask how to make the washer work. The washer’s door was extremely hard to open and close as the latch had a lot of hard soap and water deposíts. We called the manager again as we were not able to start the oven. We were told that it turned “like all ovens do.” After several trials we gave up on the oven. Some of the drinking glasses from inside the cabinets had some green glue like spots. The dishwasher did not drain completely. Water just sat on the bottom (about an inch of it). In addition .. it would have been nice if the description of the bedrooms was more clear. I don’t think we would have taken it if we would have known that you have to pass from a bedroom to get to the other.

Excelente invocación, perfecto para 4 personas, estaba limpio y coincidía con las fotos , excelente comunicación, todo muy bien, volvería sin duda y cuenta con estacionamiento eso vale todo!

Great location, 15 minutes walk from Brevent - perfect access to Chamonix centre on your doorstep. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, the apartment is comfortable and convenient. It is in a pedestrian only street from 10:30 to 6:00. The staff is supportive.

L’appartement est superbe et très propre ! Son emplacement dans Chamonix idéal. Nous regrettons seulement la difficulté à obtenir les informations pour le check-in ainsi que la présence d’un four qui ne fonctionnait pas.

Very bad experience. With so many good offers, this house is really not to be chosen.To start with, the oven didn't work, it was broken, we had to throw away the pizzas we had to make for dinner and we went out for dinner. Then the television didn't work either and they never sent us a pass to use the internet, even though we asked for it by message. It should also be noted that the furniture had a lot of dust to clean. Bad experience, to not repit.

The place was amazing and location was perfect! Spotless and clean, fits 6 people comfortably. Right in the center of town so easy to walk to everything! We had a great time. The only trouble we had for the first 2 days was that we were given hand towels instead of full size towels and the washer machine did not work which we were hoping to take advantage of as we were there for an entire week. But overall great experience and would stay again in the future!
