Located on the 4th floor (with lift), this charming 50sq. m flat decorated with a lot of taste is composed of :

- an adjoining bedroom with two single beds,
- a bathroom with a big shower,

The neighborhood
In the heart of Chamonix, 10 minutes away from the Planpraz lift, you will be in the best place to enjoy the town's huge ski area. All the shops, including ski rental and equipment shops, are within easy reach of the flat, as well as numerous bars and restaurants. All the leisure opportunities are within walking distance: the Casino and the Alpine Museum in 1 minute and the Thermal Centre in 8 minutes by foot. But you can also easily move around the town and reach the other cable cars thanks to the bus network. Finally, in summer, you will also find many activities: shopping, hiking, mountain biking...

Très fonctionnel et propre.
Petit bémol sur les lits, le canapé-lit étant assez dure et le petit lit simple avait les lattes cassées donc compliqué de bien dormir dessus...

The positives:
Very good location in Chamonix
Elevator 🛗 was very important for us
Relatively clean space
The negatives:
Do not park in the box provided - just don’t, it is so small, we couldn’t get out of the car - trying to get out of the parking box we scratched the car..
Very hot - no fans for cooling (the beds are in the attic) - we wrote to the company and didn’t get a response - in July or August- cooling is essential there
No good internet connection working for us

L’appartement donne sur l’Arve, le bruit de l’eau ne nous a pas dérangé mais à signaler dans l’annonce tout comme l’accès à la rue qui est piétonne de 10h30 à 18h

Cons: We had to figure things out by ourself. Had to ask for wifi, had to ask where the to put our skies, and had to ask where to throw away full trashbags. And the owner was only there by Whats**p. So lack of information from the host. It Was only one toilet paper roll, no soap to take the dishes with.
The most annoying was the sleeping solution. Its only one bedroom. We were two couples travelling. One couple ended up sleeping downstairs on the sofa. Upstairs it was a room with one single bed with a bed shelf under. To Get to that room u had to walk past the double bed who is placed between the stairs and that bedroom. They should post picture of the plan solution so other people dont Get fooled.
Its a Nice place for a family of 4 with two small kids who need to sleep close to their parents.

There were some concerns. First, the ski locker was not made available to us. Also, the parking was hard to locate and farther than expected from the apartment -- very narrow and hard to manage entering and exiting the spot. The lock for parking garage worked, but was difficult to work with. since we did not have storage locker for skis, and garage was far, we did a lot of unexpected "shlepping." There was one roll of toilet paper in the apartment -- we bought, which is fine, but not ideal. the two bedrooms have a door in between them, so you need to go through one to get to the other -- not ideal if you are not all related.

ติดต่อผู้ดูแลยากมาก ในการเข้าพัก ผู้ดูแลไม่ได้อยู่ที่นั่น ติดต่อนานมาก 40นาทีไม่มา พนักงานร้านพิชช่ามาถามว่ามีปัญหาอะไร เขาจึงโทรติดต่อแล้วจัดการให้พาเข้าที่พักได้
ในระหว่างพัก มีปัญหาการใช้เตาอบ ติดต่อส่วนกลาง ส่วนกลางแจ้งว่าจะมีเจ้าหน้าที่เข้ามา แต่ไม่ทีการเข้ามาดูแลช่วยเหลือเลย
สรุป ไม่ต้องมีคนดูแลก็ได้

Very bad experience. With so many good offers, this house is really not to be chosen.To start with, the oven didn't work, it was broken, we had to throw away the pizzas we had to make for dinner and we went out for dinner. Then the television didn't work either and they never sent us a pass to use the internet, even though we asked for it by message. It should also be noted that the furniture had a lot of dust to clean. Bad experience, to not repit.
