This charming apartment with high ceilings, all the mod cons and a high end decoration is ideally located in for a pleasant stay in Montpellier.
Situated on the 1st floor (without lift), this spacious 80 sq. m apartment includes :
- a cozy and well spacious living-room,
- two bedrooms with a queen-size bed (160cm) each,
- two bathrooms with a big shower each,
- a perfectly equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, fridge, freezer)
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, cooling fan,
- a baby bed,
- TV and Wi-Fi.

The neighborhood
Located just a 10-min walk away from the historic center of Montpellier, this accommodation will be perfect if you wish to visit the city and enjoy all its activities while staying in a quiet and accessible area. The apartment is a 10-min walk away from the Place de la Comédie and 5 min from the train station. Close to the center of Montpellier, you will find many bars and restaurants as well as gardens, museums and other attractions in this lively and dynamic city: check out the Place de la Canourgue, the Fabre museum and the Tower of Babote, if you feel like having a very nice dinner or drink ! Lastly, if you wish to take advantage of the beaches, the seaside resort of Palavas-les-Flots is only 20 minutes away by car.
