This large apartment of 72 sq. m is located on the 4th floor of a quiet residence and is equipped with :
- a large and comfortable living space with a view on a beautiful garden,
- a very well-equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, freezer, dish-washer),
- a bathroom with bathtub,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, ironing equipment,
- TV and Wi-Fi.

The neighborhood
The studio is located in the heart of Montrouge, a few minutes away from Paris. This calm area has plenty of shops : bakery, butchery, restaurants, market… Thanks to the metro situated only a few steps away from the apartment, you will be perfectly linked to Paris city center : it will take you just 20 min to join the Eiffel Tower, Luxemburg Garden, Cochin hospital, Marais district… The studio is also located nearby the Exhibition Parc of Porte de Versailles, as well as 15 min away on foot from the Dental Surgery Faculty of Montrouge and 8 min from Orange Campus and Crédit Agricole Campus Evergreen.

L’agence Welkeys m’a promis de chercher une solution, mais après 2h30 d’attente dehors, rien n’a été fait. J’ai dû annuler et réserver un autre Airbnb. Service inexistant et aucune assistance.
Cette expérience m’a même fait douter de la légitimité de cette annonce, me demandant si ce n’était pas une arnaque.
C’était une expérience déplorable, et je ne recommande pas ce logement.

O único ponto negativo foi o aquecedor, que é um pouco fraco, especialmente na sala, e o banheiro acabou ficando um pouco frio. Além disso, percebemos que a água quente tem um limite; como estávamos em quatro pessoas, tivemos que revezar para não acabar o “estoque”. Fora isso, foi tudo tranquilo, e eu voltaria com toda certeza!

Attente et appels sans résultat. Nous avons pu entrer grâce à l’arrivée d’un locataire de l’immeuble. Mais si on rentrait à 1h du matin ?
Appartement lumineux, spacieux, très bien situé, mais équipement minimaliste et incomplet.
Pour 4 personnes vous aurez 3 petites cuillères, 3 assiettes creuses mais un rouleau à pâtisserie.
Frigo pas propre, draps sales laissés dans un placard, appartement poussiéreux, aspirateur cassé, pas de balai Salon glacial et radiateur ne fonctionne pas. Dans la salle de bain, pas de chauffage. On attend toujours le chauffage d’appoint promis par Yann, le concierge.
1 lampe de chevet par lit. Télévision inutilisable faute de piles dans la télécommande. Yann contacté, aucune réponse.
Dommage car bel appart mais mal géré !

Les commentaires laissés par les précédents occupants nous ont permis d'anticiper les manques ou absence de service dans le logement.
Les deux seuls bémols ont été :
> la coupure électrique sur le digicode à l'entrée du bâtiment, rendant inopérant le Vigik. Notre salut à 23h30 est venu d'un résident qui entrait chez lui.
> la démagnétisation du Vigik qui nous a encore fait des sueurs froides pour entrer dans le logement.
Ces deux évènement sont intervenus quasi au même moment et en fin de séjour. On imagine qu'ils restent exceptionnels.
Hormis c'est deux évènements, le séjour était agréable dans l'appartement proposé.

L'appartement n'était pas propre. De plus, alors que nous avons respecté scupuleusement les process de remise des clés, une retenue injustifiée sur caution nous a été prélevée. Nous avons demandé plusieurs fois copies des preuves et des factures sans réponse.

Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un problema in casa e siamo rimasti senza acqua calda 4 giorni su i 5 di permanenza
L’host ci ha risposto 2 volte al telefono dicendo che avrebbe mandato l’assistenza, in realtà non ci ha risposto più al telefono…
La casa è bella ma è gestita molto male.
Zero assistenza
Ps. L’host ci ha anche chiesto 22€ aggiuntivi per il check in tardivo peccato che ci abbia lasciato le chiavi nella cassetta della posta

My criticism would go towards the minimalistic furniture. The large living room only had a small couch and one small table with 4 plastic chairs, which made the morning breakfasts not very comfortable. The lack of furniture also made the place quite noisy.
Lastly, be prepared to buy your own toilet paper if you stay for more than two days.
Overall, we had good time and the place is good value for money if you don't want to stay in the overpriced apartments in the city center.

The instructions for the entry to the flat has been sent too late. We tried to reach out the Concierge due to shortage of towels, shower gel, toilette paper and garbage bags but we did not receive any feedback during our 4 night long stay so we had to buy these things for ourselfs. The bath was a little bit dirty, there was no showercurtain and heating in it, a renovation would make it more comfortable. Unfortunately, the windows let in the cold. The most missed equipment was the hairdryer, but we saw in the description that it is not part of the accomodation so it was not a surprise.
Overall we were satisfied with the accomodation, it was big enough for 4 of us and we had the living room as a common space.

We have no hot water for 3.5 days (18th Feb - 21st Feb noon)
Please be mindful the temperate at the location are between 7-12 degree.
Water are ICY FREEZING COLD.
What else? We have 2 elderly in this trip.
Countless of following up with the Host and the Local Manager of the Apartment but unavailable and slow in respond.
Promised to bring a technician down but none show up.
No follow up nor anything at all.
Till we have to CONTACT THE MAIN AIRBNB TEAMS TO GET THE LOCAL HOST TO RESPOND.
If you can't get to respond or fix it, you should have a contigency plan and not leaving your GUEST hanging around.
Putting aside, amenities like toilet roll given only 2 rolls for 7 Days 6 Nights and is for 4 guests.
We have to proceed to the mart and get the toilet rolls out of our pocket ourself.

Constant emails about checkin and out. Forms to fill limiting the flexibility of checkin/out. Messages (sms and WA) from concierge (who never showed up). Info to get into the building received very late in the evening. Paid for cleanup and still received messages stating requirements before checkout.
Done a lot of AirBnB, which always has been as easy and convenient as a hotel. This was not.
