This entirely refurbished 24 sq. m studio with a seaview is located on 5th floor with lift and includes:
- a luminous living room,
- a night corner with a queen-size bed (160cm),
- a bathroom with shower,
- a very well-equipped open kitchen (kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, hotplates, fridge),
- TV.

Two steps away from the heart of Deauville and 5 min walk from the beach, you will not lack anything to enjoy a nice stay in the charming seaside resort! You will be able to stroll between the various Belle-Epoque villas, try your luck at the casino 10 minutes away, enjoy the market along the port or visit the town's museums. You will also find many bars and restaurants nearby (L'essentiel, La Villa sur la Plage, L'Etage Deauville, ...), as well as the thalassotherapy centre 10 minutes away.

Guest access

On arrival, you will be greeted by a Welkeys concierge who will be responsible for handing over the keys.
If the physical check-in isn't available, you'll be able to get the keys safely.
