This nice apartment of 57 m², situated on the 3rd floor with elevator, is composed of:

-a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
-a bedroom with a bunk bed,
-a bathroom with shower,
-hoover, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer and ironing facilities,
-TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fan,
-a garage.

A management fee of €730 will be charged for mid-term rentals. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.

The neighborhood

Enjoy the beach, the Mediterranean sun and the sweetness of the South for the time of your stay. Ideally located in a 8 min walk from the beach and a 10 min bus ride to the centre, the Palais du Festival and the Vieux-Cannes, you will be able to profit of several restaurants, bars, beaches and of course all the local shops in the residence and around the flat. Don't miss the new Cineum, the most modern movie theater in Europe, 25 min away on foot or 5 min by bus.
