Місцезнаходження, 2 хвилини до моря. Невеликий супермаркет, кавʼярня на першому поверсі будинку. За 350 м та 750 м ще 2 більші супермаркети. Зупинка трамвая напроти виходу з будинку. В апартаментах є все необхідне. До/ з аеропорту 15 хвилин на трамваї, вартість 1,7 євро. Якщо через додаток поповнити карту на 20 євро, отримаєте проїзний на 7 днів на міський транспорт. Були деякі складнощі з пошуком боксу з ключами при поселенні.

It has a good location, near the beach, and a small shop downstairs. The apartment is quite run down, but we can’t say that anything was bad. From the balcony, you can see a piece of the sea :) No comment

Le logement correspondait aux photos. Lumineux. Bien équipé. A 5 minutes de la mer. La mauvaise isolation dans la chambre avec un tram qui passe de 4h du matin à minuit.
Le dépôt de garantie de 1200 euros sur lequel nous n'avons aucun pouvoir de réelle contestation car il n'y a pas d'état des lieux. Soyez donc vigilants quant à l'état dans lequel vous laissez le logement (prévoir photos et vidéos du bon état que vous laissez).
Un voisinnage pointilleux sur le bruit.

Il s agit de notre seconde expérience dans cet appartement. La manager qui c était occupée de nous la première fois était très attentionnée.Cette fois, la manager, était moins réactive, n a pris contact avec nous que la veille de l'arrivée et qui n a donné aucun signe pendant la période du séjour pour juste nous envoyer des instructions de départ standard la veille au soir. Ce qui était désolant également Ç était le fait que la vaisselle à notre arrivée, bien que rangée avait une propreté approximative (j ai trouvé un poil dans un verre que je venais de prendre du placard), nous n avons pas trouvé de savon pour les mains à l arrivée, aucun produit pour la machine à laver ou pour le lave linge, la porte en alu de la cuisine avait la poignée cassée d ou impossibilité d insonoriser l endroit, il est également impossible d avoir le noir dans la chambre pour absence de rideaux ou de stores sur cette porte. l'appartement reste intéressant au regard de son emplacement.

Si des articles comme le papier toilette sont fournis pour les premiers jours, ce n'est pas le cas de consommables comme la lessive. Easy entry with self check in, good explanation where the keys was and how they worked, and very easy self check out. Beach very near, few steps really, visible from balcony. Tram stop right outside the front, good food, grocery, coffee right around the corner. Airport and train stations are a few tram stops away. It lies a little longer way from the centre, but still only 15 minutes by tram, which comes often. Bath clean, facilities in good working condition, dishwasher and washing machine clean. A good place to rent if your expectations are right. Property charged me €22 for late check in. Then we find out it is self check in, so I paid it for nothing. I did not find this nice. The property also charged me a large amount for damage security, and I had to take about 50 pictures of small dings on the walls and furniture to be on the safe side. We caused no damage, but I still did not hear about the security, was it released, or not. I decided therefore, that I will never book another apartment with security like that again through this application. The floors of the apartment were quite dirty, so we cleaned up ourselves before and after, while I presume cleaning fees were included in the price. We took three full round with the mop before it yielded some results. After that we were able to walk around without black feet. The bedroom window don't seal to good, and the area is noisy, so if you sleep light, consider earplugs. Apart from that it was not a bad place for the money, so if you are prepared for the aforementioned, it is still a good place to rent.

Bem perto de tudo. Apartamento amplo e confortável, com uma varanda boa e ar condicionado. Muito perto da praia - dava para ver da janela do apartamento. Janelas anti-ruido de ótima qualidade. Não era super central, mas a distancia era tranquila, em torno de 3km. O contato com a anfitriã para receber as chaves foi um tanto confusa e nos exigiram um depósito no momento da entrada no apartamento, quando estávamos com as malas e cansados da viagem. Tudo se resolveu, mas gerou um pequeno stress desnecessário. À noite, um pouco de barulho da rua.

Квартира расположена рядом с морем. Есть все необходимое. Есть большая терраса, с нее видно море. Вся техника качественная и работает очень тихо. На первом этаже есть небольшой супермаркет. Но если готовить дома на семью (я ездила с двумя детьми), то лучше пройтись до Carrefour или Casino, они на той же улице. В первые два дня лифт работал только со второго этажа, но потом починили. Рядом трамвай и автобус, можно доехать в любую точку города. За 10 минут на автобусе можно доехать до парка в центре, где есть хорошие площадки и можно гулять с детьми целый день. Читала, что есть зоопарк, но мы туда не ездили. Весной по набережной можно гулять в любое время суток, уже очень тепло, но и не жарко. До набережной 1 минута от дома. В общем, все понравилось.
