Bonjour, nous avons bien pris connaissance de votre retour. Nos équipes fournissent généralement les instructions d'arrivée la veille puis restent à l'écoute, pour vous accompagner tout au long de votre séjour si vous les contactez, pour signaler, par exemple, un quelconque soucis de ménage. Si des articles comme le papier toilette sont fournis pour les premiers jours, ce n'est pas le cas de consommables comme la lessive. La poignée de la cuisine est en parfait état, ainsi que le store installé dans la chambre qui permet bien d'obtenir une obscurité totale. Nous restons à votre disposition pour plus d'informations.
