The space

In the heart of the charming Saint Martin de Ré village, this accommodation is perfect for your next stay in Ile de Ré.

This 33 sq. m studio is located on the ground floor and consists of:
- a living space with a queen size bed (160cm) and a single sofa bed,
- a nice terrace,
- a bathroom with a bathtub,
- an equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, hotplates),
- vacuum cleaner,
- TV,
- an access to the residency's pool (opened from february to end of december)
- a parking spot.

→ Our guests will be provided with all the essentials for comfort and hygiene such as bed linen, towels, soap, shampoo
Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.

The neighborhood

Located in Saint Martin de Ré, historic capital city of the island, you'll only be at a 5 min bike-ride away from the beach and the market. You'll have a central emplacement, which will make you able to enjoy all the close accommodations and the numerous surprises of the island. You will also be able to explore the island as you wish and thus discover the salt marshes, the various vineyards and the famous "donkeys in panties"!

La Rochelle-Ile de Ré airport → 25 min by car
