This was a lovely room in a fantastic area. We found Bordeaux to be very walkable and really enjoyed our time there. The only problem we had was the WiFi did not work and we did not get any response to our query about it.

The Flat was a good size, clean, nice bed and pillow. Had a nepresso machine with 2 capsules ( altho we stayed 5 nights no extras added) & kettle & fridge.
The Numbers given to call can only be called on wtsapp , & this fact was only mentioned in regard to 1 number. Both numbers no answer when called on Wtsapp, but eventually one replied by chat and we were able to get the entrance codes, which weirdly are only given on the day and time that you list as checkin.
You musto fill in some online forms stating what time your checkin is, but even though we were there 30 mins before & had messaged 1 hr before , no codes provided so we sat around waiting. When we did get a reply they complained we had not messaged that day before to confirm we were coming ( weird since we had filled their form with flight timing and checkin time.
Checkin time is listed as 3pm & out at 10am which seems restrictive. They did however allow us to extend checkout. Tram 5 mins walk. Good location.

La habitación es tal y como aparece en las fotografías todo genial pero pienso que en largas estancias deberían tener servicio de limpieza ya que en el alojamiento no hay nada para poder limpiar y en cualquier caso el suelo es de moqueta por lo que es necesario un aspirador para poder hacerlo . La comunicación con el anfitrión en Burdeos deficiente no contestaba a los mensajes

Photos et descriptions conformes. Le seul bémol était la couette qui avait une forte odeur de « pieds », ce qui embaumait l’ensemble de la chambre et était assez désagréable, en particulier la nuit…

Excellent location and large spacious room. Minor issues with checking in as incorrect code was given for lock box, concierge do not meet you, just text you on what’s app message, although this was resolved quickly.
Also no later check out time available.
