At last, thanks to the station located just nearby, you will discover the mythical cities of Nice, Cannes or Monaco.

Swimming pool with kids was perfect, parking lot was nice. Quite close to Antibes, about 15-20 min walk or just few min by bus. Nizza was easy to reach eathier by bus ir train. Cleaning could be improved, shower could have deep cleaning and apartment could have more utilities like trash bags, clothes for kitchen. Balcony was very dirty because drains were blocked and rain water brought all the dirt from upstears. Plants were dried and did not look welcoming at all.

Nous avons pu arriver à une heure tardive sans soucis. Les descriptions faite par l’agence nous ont permis partiellement de trouver garage et logement. Arriver à l’appartement le sol n’était pas propre( présence de poussières et miettes) avec aucun moyen de passer la serpillière. On à retrouvé des fourmis dans la salle de bains ainsi qu’une fuite d’eau. La terrasse n’ai absolument pas propre. Le caisson du volet roulant était cassé ce qui donnait un contact avec l’extérieur. Nous avons été surpris du manque de tous les produits de première nécessité (sel, poivre, huile, liquide vaisselle). De plus nous avons eu un problème avec le toilette. L’agence n’a pas cherché à nous aider et a mis énormément de temps à répondre. Hormis tout ses désagréments le logement est convenable mais certainement pas pour le prix qui ne vaut pas le coût. Je ne recommande pas..

The apartment itself is good but it requires assistance. The sink in the bathroom is leaking, the smell from air conditioning is bad, the fridge is leaking. The location, beds and wifi are good. However, the service and consumables are absent. There are no toilet paper or trash bin bags. The salt and oil are absent but you have tennis balls. We had problems with balcon lock, appartment lock and garage box lock. When we arrived noone answered my calls and helped me. Also, we have found boiled pasta that was rest by previous guests in the kitchen drawer smelling like hell. I did not get any reply or support from the running agency till the moment I have contacted Airbnb support. The agency did nothing. They didn't clean the appartment, bring consumables or change bathroom curtains. I just received partial refund with the help of support. If you want to stay in dirty appartment with problem locks with no help it is an option for you.

Vi hadde 8 herlige dager hos Welkeys. De svarte raskt og var veldig hjelpsomme når vi lurte på noe. Leiligheten var ren og pen og hadde alt vi behøvde til oppholdet vårt og sengene var gode. Fasilitetene var fantastiske med to store basseng hvor vi ofte var bortimot alene og to flotte tennisbaner. Det er gangavstand til strand og til gamlebyen i Antibes. Det ligger flere gode restauranter og bakeri i området og det er ca. fem min gange til nærbutikk. Det er et stille og rolig område som passer veldig fint for familier. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

No comment No interaction, only messages with WhatsApp. The host kept harassing with the request of a two-week deposit, outside the booking.com platform, The person in charge of the property tried to scam with a fake garage bump. The bed was not ready, without proper bed linen or pillows, and the Internet was not available. A place/host I will strongly recommend avoiding.

Emplacement ideal, personnel à l'écoute. Premier jour ascenseur en. Panne mais réparé le lendemain.
Étant allergique aux acariens.. J'ai eu une réaction après avoir dormi dans la chambre !! Rien de grave.. C'est juste que le linge de lit n'a pas été changé récemment, Ou linge de lit exposé à la poussière avant sa mise en place.
D'habitude je ramène avec moi mon linge de lit mais je venais de l'étranger je ne pouvais pas ramener ma couette et oreillers dans la valise.
Globalement le séjour s'est bien passé.

Gute Raumaufteilung , Appartement war passabel aber nichts besonderes. Handtücher und Bettwäsche zum schmutzig und kaputt. Toilettendeckel fehlte.Sehr umständlich zu finden. Pool war geschlossen, obwohl als offen gekennzeichnet. Würde es nicht wieder buchen. Umgebung ist nicht hübsch. Lieber direkt nach Antibes.

the pool was nice and the secure parking There was no one to meet me when i was told someone would be there. I was sent several videos and messages and it was a treasure hunt to get all the codes etc to work. There was nothing at the property to explain how things worked in the flat and what was nearby. Whilst clean there was lots of wear and tear. The management demanded a deposit when there was nothing about this on the details. On confirmation the amount was shown and it was incorrect. I felt threatened that they were looking to charge me for damage that was already there.

Un complex rezidential foarte frumos, linistit, cu piscina si terenuri de tenis intr-un adevarat parc. Un apartament cu un dormitor extrem de mic, un living ok si un balcon foarte frumos, cu vedere spre parc. Cladirea are lift.
Pentru acces la piscina am primit un tag. Atentie, la ora 21 poarta la piscina se inchide automat.
Parcare la subsol inclusa.
Marineland si Aqua Splash pentru copii foarte aproape - copiii au fost incantati.
Karim was very helpful. Lipseau fetele de perna - asa ceva nu ni s-a mai intamplat niciodata.
Canapeaua din living era defecta, am desfacut-o foarte greu cu ajutorul lui Karim (am fost cu doi copii si trebuia sa o facem pat).
Intr-o zi nu am mai avut apa calda dar aceasta problema s-a rezolvat a doua zi.
Nu erau saci de gunoi, doar unul singur. Masina de spalat era dar detergent nu. Nu exista toaster pentru paine, ceea ce in alte apartamente am avut.

Når vi ankom leiligheten lakk air condition vann og nøklene vi hadde fått utdelt fungerte ikke til tennisbanene. Vi prøve å kontakte både eier og welkeys men fikk ikke kontakt/ hjelp hos noen av dem. Ellers ligger leiligheten fint til og det er gåavstand til det meste.

Hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Waren die meiste Zeit unterwegs und die Zeit die wir in der Wohnung verbrachten war sehr angenehm. Der Balkon ist super und durch das große Fenster ist die Wohnung schön hell. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war sehr niedrig und das Geschirr in der Küche sollte man vor Benutzung erst nochmal spülen. Ansonsten top.

Апартаменты замечательные, удобные кровати, чисто, большой балкон, красивая территория. Всего много- постельного, полотенец, посуды. Паркинг бесплатный в гараже. Пешком до пляжа 12 минуь. До центра ездили на машине. Но можно и пешком. Это не далеко. Легкое самозаселение.Нам все понравилось. Спасибо. Мы не разобрались, как зайти к бассейну. Он был закрыт, а у жильцов были ключи. Но возможно мы просто не поняли хозяина, так как плохо знаем французский ( Просто нам он был особенно не нужен. Мы были всего 2 дня

Logement tout à fait convenable. La banquette coté salon reste un couchage occasionnel. Le logement se situe sur le couloir d'atterrissage de l'aéroport de Nice d'où une gêne auditive permanente dès l'instant où l'on rentre dans le logement. Karim a été très réceptif dès notre arrivée et tout s'est bien passé.
