This comfortable accommodation is well placed near shops and transport and will be ideal for a nice stay in the city of Versailles and Paris.
This cosy 21 sq. m studio, recently renewed, is located on the 1st floor (without elevator) and is composed of :
- a pleasant living space with a comfortable sofa-bed,
- an open well equipped kitchen (toaster, kettle, coffee machine, oven, microwave, hot plates, fridge, dishwasher)
- a bathroom with shower,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
- TV and WiFi.
Please note that the area is lively during the day and evening.

Lack of information as to use of - TV, Hot plates, vacuum cleaner. Lack of information about the area e.g supermarket, bakeries, tourist sports, restaurants, map of area. Bathroom - shower and walls had mould (I took photos). Kitchen cutlery draw was not clean, Shampoo provided included a half bottle. Host had no idea how to work TV and not interested to help when asked.( we were unable to access Chanels 2,3 - which we wanted as we came to Versailles for Olympic events and wanted to view other events during our down time.

The apartment is very very noisy. The bathroom is super tiny. The sofa bed is quite uncomfortable and once it’s open there is no room in the apartment. There was no one to welcome us. Some of The plugs were not working and the sofa bed was closed when we arrived and we had to make the bed. There was not even 1 bottle of water in the fridge.

Be aware that the bathroom and shower are very narrow, and if you are tall or large, they might be uncomfortable. The bed is a sofa bed - not ideal.

L'appartement n'était pas propre, évier de cuisine sale, bac douche et sa porte pleins de moisissures. J'ai du acheter du gel javel et tout renettoyer à mon arrivée.
Toute la liste du matériel qui était dans le descriptif de la location n'était pas à disposition.
Quand je suis arrivée pas de gant de toilette, ni serviette, ni tapis de bain, pas de produits de douche, pas de sac poubelle dans les poubelles, 1 seul rouleau de papier toilette pour 1 semaine de séjour

En revanche quand nous sommes arrivés dans le logement le ménage n’était pas fait, draps et serviettes non changés. Pas de protection sur le matelas taché et douche bouchée.
Nous avons dû envoyer des photos pour apporter la preuve de ces problèmes rencontrés. Nous attendons un éventuel dédommagement selon messages échangés avec l’hôtesse de Welkeys.
Après plusieurs séjours par Airbnb, c’est la première fois que nous sommes tant déçus de notre séjour.

Le logement n'était pas propre à notre arrivée, le ménage n'avait pas été fait : sanitaires sales, sol sale, frigo sale, machine à café sale, plaque de cuisson sale, micro-ondes avec des éclaboussures, plaque du four sale, matelas taché
Pas assez de linges de maison.
Manquait des équipements : ampoule, ustensiles de cuisine, peu de produits ménagers, pas d'alèse. Fenêtres mal isolées.

Inside the building (not in the apartment) smells with dempness. No soap and shampoo. Toilet with bathroom too narrow. After shower you have to open the doоr of toilet, to dry yourself.

l'appartement vient d'être refait à neuf, tout est nickel. La décoration est sympa, l'équipement est très complet, le lit confortable.
L'emplacement est top si l'on souhaite visiter le domaine du château sur plusieurs jours car il est entre l'entrée principale et l'entrée du petit Trianon/hameau de la reine et juste à coté de l'entrée/sortie des jardins proche de la fontaine de Neptune. Il y a quelques restau sympa juste à coté , ainsi qu'une très bonne pâtisserie.
Le point un peu gênant si vous êtes sensible est l'isolation phonique : la rue juste à coté de l'immeuble est très passante de 8h à 23H et les murs entre les appartements sont un peu fin.
Enfin, il ne faut pas oublier de prendre le nécessaire à vaisselle (éponge, liquide vaisselle/pastille lave vaisselle, torchon), car il n'est pas fournit contrairement au set de toilette.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Versailles.

Bon contact avec des personnes rencontrées sur place ( voisinage / commerçants)
Nuits un peu bruyantes dûes à la proximité du boulevard donc évidemment pas d'amélioration possible , on s'habitue .
Pour les gens qui viennent en voiture et restent qq jours , un parking souterrain se trouve place du marché en haut de la rue de la paroisse , c'est appréciable.
