The neighborhood
Located in a central and shopping neighbourhood, this flat is in the heart of the city, near all commodities and public transports. The apartment is a 5-min walk away from the Place de la Comédie and 8 min from the train station. You will be close to numerous gardens, museums and other attractions in this lively and dynamic city: check out the Place de la Canourgue, the Fabre museum and the Tower of Babote, if you feel like having a very nice dinner or drink ! You will also be a few steps away to various bars and restaurants, we recommend you Le Rosemarie, Le Couperet, le Leclere or Le Richer de Belleval. Lastly, if you wish to take advantage of the beaches, the seaside resort of Palavas-les-Flots is only 20 minutes away by car.

lovely, apartment. Unusual contemporary layout in old, historic townhouse, softly renovated with respect and great care for some details (bathroom, galleries with bed).
Eccellent position in the center of the old town.
Well organised communication for check-in and check-out.
We did not manage to turn on the radiators and in December could barely get the appartment warm with the AC.

We truly loved our two week experience in Montpellier. Vincent was a great communicator and gave us the keys as well as a brief rundown on the apartment the evening we arrived. Excellent location in the heart of the old city. Lots of space, tall ceilings, charming decor and comfortable beds. We discovered some of the best restaurants, cafes, markets and shops the moment we stepped outside of the apartment. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

Superbe appartement, atypique et bien décoré. Plus grand qu'il n'y paraît, les deux chambres sont à l'opposé l'une de l'autre. La litterie est confortable et il n'y a rien à redire sur la propreté. Il dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires, dont les denrées de base (sucre, thé, café...). Situé est au coeur de la ville, cela le rend c'est très pratique pour visiter, mais un peu bruyant au passage. En tout cas, ce fut un très agréable séjour !

L’ Appartement est très agréable et bien situé dans l’Ecusson. La décoration de très bon gout. Le quartier est très calme jusqu’aux premières heures de la soirée. Ensuite il y a la rumeur des jeunes dans les restaurants environnants ( aucun dans la rue au dessus des fenêtres). Rien de bien méchant. Tous les commerces sont proches. Vincent qui nous a reçus est très réactif et serviable.
Il faut savoir que les chambres sur les mezzanines sont chacune accessibles par un escalier un peu raide.
Nous aurions passé un excellent séjour, s’il n’avait pas plu, et si mon mari n’était pas resté bloqué dans la chambre 4 jours durant avec un lumbago !

I liked the roominess of the apartment and the beds were very comfortable.
The kitchen had several lights out so it was very dim. And the kitchen was not very well equipped. Also, we couldn’t get the living room light or the TV to work. Vincent came the day we left and got them both on. In hind site he should have done a « walk through » with us to make sure we knew how everything worked.

The apartment is beautiful inside. It has two bedroom upstairs, a lovely sitting room, small dining room and a lovely study (I was there to work for 3 weeks and the study its very useable, with great wifi). Aircon in both bedrooms which also work to cool the whole flat (it was 30-34 degrees while I was there and the AC was good). The kitchen is quite basic (maybe because I was there for 3 weeks), but has kettle and coffee machine, but some update on glasses, crockery would be nice. Some lightbulbs needed replacing when I arrived.
There are 4 full length windows with small balconies that flood the flat with natural light.
The apartment has the best location in Montpellier! It is right in the centre of everything, next to restaurants, bars, shops. But despite being in a pedestrian area next to lots of bars and restaurants, it is extremely quiet in the flat.
It is a beautiful apartment in an unbeatable location.

Pros Well located in the old city. Vincent was easy to reach and very responsive. Kitchen well stocked. Comes with clothes washer and dryer.
Cons: only one roll of TP for 2 toilets. Floors were moderately clean but rest was clean. No instructions on how to operate equipment. Noise from the bars in the street below.

Our stay in one the Welkey’s apartments in Montpellier was amazing. The apartment was very good and communication with the host was perfect and the host welcomed us to the apartment when we arrived and came to the apartment when we were leaving. The location of the apartment was spectacular, right in the heart of the old town of Montpellier where it was easy to find cafes, restaurants and sightseeing spots.

This location was ideal for exploring beautiful Montpellier. Close to boutiques, restaurants, attractions, and more … we loved our visit. The apartment is spacious and quiet. Plus, we found some of the best ice cream right around the corner!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce bel appartement après une arrivée un peu mouvementée :
- un seul jeu de clés pour notre groupe de 5 personnes. Un 2eme jeu nous a été déposé le lendemain soir
- la description du logement donnait 3 chambres. Or deux chambres ne sont pas indépendantes avec un lit en bas et un lit en mezzanine au-dessus. La 3ème chambre est en mezzanine au-dessus du salon avec une verrière séparatrice mais pas de porte.
La conciergerie a été réactive et a depuis modifié la description du logement.

Emplacement superbe, centré. L’entrée de l'imneuble était située sur une rue remplie de petits bars et restos. L'appartement quand a lui donnait sur une ru super calme. Très spacieux et lumineux, l'appartement remplissait les critères annoncés.

This flat was perfect four 4 of us to enjoy a wander through the streets of downtown, eat at cafe and restaurants, and go to some bars. Superb location and loved the high ceilings. The check-in and check-out people were very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay at this flat again and happy to recommend it to other travellers who want to stay in the center! :) Merci!

Super séjour, la personne qui nous a accueilli était super sympas. Nous ne regrettons pas notre choix, l’emplacement est idéal. L’appartement est fonctionnel, agréable, décorer avec goût. Nous recommandons !
