Situated on the 3rd floor (with lift) of a nice residence, this very nice 55 sq. m apartment includes :

The neighborhood
Located in a central and lively neighbourhood, this flat is near all commodities and public transports. The apartment is a 12-min walk away from the Place de la Comédie and 10 min from the train station. Close to the center of Montpellier, you will find many bars and restaurants as well as gardens, museums and other attractions in this lively and dynamic city: check out the Place de la Canourgue, the Fabre museum and the Tower of Babote, if you feel like having a very nice dinner or drink ! Lastly, if you wish to take advantage of the beaches, the seaside resort of Palavas-les-Flots is only 20 minutes away by car.

Le concierge était réactif et très accueillant et agréable.
Par contre niveau propreté, beaucoup à redire beaucoup de poussière micro-ondes non lavé ,les clim très sales, rideau de douche, désastreux , et le flux d’eau de l’immeuble Bcp à redire.

location is in a residential/suburban area and there is nothing around - no cafes or shops. have to walk to the city center for about 17-20 minutes. it is quiet and apartment is spacious with good air conditioning and balcony. secure garage.
the bed was a bit small - it was for 2 people but really tiny and the mattress kept moving around (off the bed). the bathroom was not very new and created a feeling of being unclean. the property is walking distance to city center but was not that close.

L'appartement était bien, très propre, particulièrement calme.
Chouette terrasse et tout le confort.
Vincent, le concierge, était sympathique et ponctuel. Dès que j'ai eu contact avec lui, la logistique a été simple et claire.
Le check-out est tôt (10h) et c'est bien dommage qu'on ne puisse laisser les bagages nulle part.
La gestion par Welkeys a été ABOMINABLE!!
Entre le jour de la réservation et celui du check-in (env. 3 semaines), j'ai reçu 22 e-mails; 8 WhatsApp et 5 SMS!!! Tous disant à peu près la même chose sans ne jamais donner les détails dont j'avais réellement besoin et me demandant plusieurs fois d'indiquer mes heures d'arrivée/départ (alors que ce point est de toute façon géré ultérieurement en direct avec le concierge).
Quand j'ai essayé de contacter Welkeys (par e-mail; WhatsApp; SMS et chat en ligne) pour demander -tout simplement- comment récupérer la clé, je n'ai eu aucune réponse.
Idem pour mon ami, qui a tenté de leur demander une petite surprise pour mon anniversaire...

Comfortable apartment where we could relax because it was really cool even when outside temperature was 36 degrees, It was well-equipped and furnished. The only addition could have been a bread knife! Definitely recommended.

l'appartement est agréable avec 2 petits inconvénients : la douche défectueuse avec une petite pression et un tapis malodorant.
Par contre la communication avec la hôte a été difficile dès le début ; la seule chose demandée a été que l'appartement soit a côté d'un arrêt de tramway 1. leurs réponse a été: arrêt nouveau saint roch. pour moi qui connaissait pas Montpellier, l'arrêt de tramway 1 a côté de l'appartement s'appelle NSR. c'était faux et je me suis rendu compte en arrivant à la gare. je les ai envoyé un message en leurs demandant soit de me rembourser soit de me chercher un appartement a côté de l'arrêt de tramway 1. ils ont même pas essayer de trouver une solution, ils ont refusé les 2 propositions et ils m'ont dit de contacter l'équipe Airbnb. Quand on est parti, on a reçu un message, 5 heureuse plus tard de la hôte qui demandait 120 d'euros des endommagements pour des choses ridicules: le tapis qui a été mouillé par la pluie quand je l'avais sorti sur la terrasse+ 1 chai

Bonjour, nous avons bien pris connaissance de votre commentaire. Nos équipes ont fait leur possible afin de vous répondre avant, pendant et après votre séjour. Elles vous ont indiqué le nom de l'arrêt de tramway le plus proche pour que vous puissiez vous renseigner. Le tapis ne présentait pas d'odeur particulière avant que vous le laissiez sous la pluie, une chaise a également été endommagée pendant votre séjour. Nous avons donc effectivement été dans l'obligation de bloquer votre caution pour le nettoyage et le remplacement. La douche a été réparée après votre départ, la pression était toutefois suffisante pour la prise de douche. Nous restons à votre disposition pour plus d'informations. Bien cordialement.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des Centrum und ist per Tram oder zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Die Wonanlage ist gepflegt und ruhig. Zum Ausspannen perfekt.

Un logement confortable et calme sans doute totalement dédié à l’activité rb and b. Climatisation appréciée. Peu de matériel pour faire la cuisine , pas de passe tte à thé. Le minimum ( 2 mugs) .

This apartment was beautiful, in a great and quiet location, and just perfect for our small family. The air conditioner was a must for the heatwave in Montpellier, we enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace with the neighborhood cat in the morning. I saw other users had complained about the wifi m, but it worked perfectly for us for the month (we used it for work and streaming television). My only complaint is that the check-in / check-out process is complicated and confusing. Rather than checking in through Airbnb, they require you to do that all through an external site (that is not the easiest to use, and I also felt uncomfortable uploading personal documents through a system I don’t know). There were two contacts in town and Corinne, who helped us with check-in and check-out was extremely helpful and kind so once we got there it was nice. I would just reconsider the use of the external app.

We had a great experience in this airbnb. Due to heavy traffic we arrived very late, but we had someone from the concierge waiting for us very patiently and friendly.
The apartment was exactly like described, very central(10 min to walk to the very center of Montpellier), very modern, had a lot of kitchen stuff (which we gladly used for breakfasts) and it was indeed clean. Most important for us were the bed sheets and towels, which were very fresh and pretty clean for an airbnb. However, we do think the cleaning fees were a bit overpriced.
Overall we were very happy with our experience and we can gladly recommend it.

Most important for us were the bed sheets and towels, which were very fresh and pretty clean for an airbnb. However, we do think the cleaning fees were a bit overpriced.
Overall we were very happy with our experience and we can gladly recommend it.

Eine schöne Lage und Größe der Wohnung für 2 Personen, Klimaanlage sicher hilfreich im Sommer. Fast im Centrum der Stadt. Garage verschlossen und die ganze Anlage sehr sicher. Nach drei tagen funktionierte dann auch das Internet, allerdings wurde der Fernseher nicht korrekt installiert. Für Franzosen sicher ärgerlich, wenn man so wie wir, längere Zeit da ist.
Leider war die Küche sehr unsauber und es fehlte an vielen Dingen. Zum Beispiel Tassen (selbst gekauft) angeschlagene Gläser. Hinweis zur Müllentsorgung fehlte. Mussten wir erst erfragen.
Bestecke und Töpfe schmutzig und eine sehr dürftige Ausstattung. Wenn man bedenkt, dass man tolle Produkte kaufen kann, aber nicht mal einen Salat waschen kann. Eine Salatschleuder haben wir uns dann gekauft. Die Wohnung ist echt schön, aber sie muss nochmal grundsätzlich kontrolliert werden.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est très fonctionnel rt bien situé : le centre ville est à 5-10 minutes à pied et pourtant l'appartement est très calme dans une résidence très agréable. La terrasse est clairement un plus ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Check-in hat gut funktioniert, die Lage der Wohnung ist gut. Die zugehörige Garage lässt sich bei langen Autos nicht verschließen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Einzig das Internet ist sehr instabil; selbst wenn man nur mal kurz was zu arbeiten hat, ist das kaum möglich. Ingesamt war die Unterkunft sauber, allerdings waren Teile der Küchenausstattung (Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck) ziemlich verdreckt im Schrank. Die Endreinigung wird mit 150€ berechnet und explizit hervorgehoben - da hatten wir eine andere Erwartung. Auf einen Hinweis an Welkeys wurde nicht reagiert (auf andere Nachrichten schon). Alles in allem dennoch eine gute Unterkunft.
