Appartement très bien équipé et tres bien placé (à 2min de la promenade des anglais). C’est aussi un plus qu’il possède une place de parking avec portail. Hôte réactif et flexible. L’appartement est très bien dans l’ensemble, le seul bémol est la difficulté d’évacuation de l’eau dans la douche et l’évier de la salle de bain. Ces derniers sont rapidement submergés.

Bel appartement très bien situé sur la promenade des anglais. Parking souterrain à l'entrée de l'immeuble si le véhicule est trop grand pour la place de parking prévu, pour notre part c'était le cas avec un SUV .Niveau remarque, la cuisine manque de quelques ustensiles indispensables,la vaisselle était bonne à refaire à notre arrivée et des déchets trouvés dans la poubelle à notre arrivée. Pour le reste,l'appartement est conforme à la description, très fonctionnel et la petite terrasse agréable, immeuble très calme.

Appartamento molto carino, molto accessoriato, centralissimo vicino a tutto, al centro e slla spiaggia (appena usciti). Nell'uscita posteriore si trova un mini market sempre aperto fino alle 21. Posto auto molto utile, anche se risulta un po' difficoltoso parcheggiare (solo auto piccole). Letti comodi, molta biancheria a disposizione. Bagno e doccia ottimi. Condizionatore (usato per il caldo) comodo e facile da usare. Nel complesso molto soddisfatti.

Great location at promenade by Negresco Hotel. All the amenities you could want were available. Host was kind to let us checkin early and communications were clear.

It is very close to the sea, loved that the location is easily accessible and also have nearby Carrefour City to buy groceries. Love the fact that we have a washing machine and a ladder heater to dry our clothes too!
They didn’t have any knife to cut our ingredients, and also not enough plastic bags to throw our rubbish and there was an almost empty bottle detergent. When I asked the PIC, they mentioned that I could buy my own at the grocery 😅 usually for this sort of unit stays, these basic necessities should be provided.

Man bekommt vor der Anreise eine Nachricht der Gastgeber, in der alles beschrieben war. Das Appartement zu finden ohne diese Anweisungen ist sehr schwer. Man muss den Anweisungen der Nachrichten und Videos sehr genau folgen. Der Parkplatz vor der Wohnung ist sehr klein, aber mit etwas rangieren kommt man dort auch herein (VW Arteon). Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und für ein Paar von der Größe passend. Die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas besser sein (uns fehlte ein Backofen, kleine Töpfe und tiefe Teller) ansonsten ist alles vorhanden. Das Bett war etwas klein aber für wenige Tage ok. Leider ist die Wohnungstür nicht besonders schalldicht sodass man jedes Wort im Treppenhaus hört.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. 2 Minuten über die Straße zum Strand, 10 Minuten bis in die Altstadt und 10 Minuten bis zum Bahnhof. Auf der Rückseite des Hauses gibt es eine belebte Straße mit einem kleinen Supermarkt, Restaurants und Geschäften. Alles in Allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden wiederkommen

nice location close to beach and road going to old/central part of Nice with a nice patio and nice drying rack to dry the clothes we could wash in the clothes washer. nice kitchen though we mostly ate out. Make sure you press the buttons on both sides of the lock box to get the keys (I was only pressing one at a time, so took me a few minutes to get the keys out.) lighting and decor was nice. comfy AC. would have given this a 9 or 10 rating but I really minded the shower problem (see my little rant below). by chance the Olympic torch came down the main road while we were there, maybe kind of interesting, though it was mostly waiting and crowds. Nice is a pretty place.
There was a serious problem with the shower. To turn on the water, you don't push the weird button device (have never seen anything like it in my life) or turn a knob; you have (after my whole family attacked the puzzle) to pull this button out, but the moveable part is almost completely flush with the casing, so it's close to impossible to do this. We had to use a pair of small splinter tweezers we luckily had to get enough friction to pull out the button to turn the shower on; when it comes on it sprays out powerfully. Because it's one of those showers that don't have door or curtain going all around, several times the water would spray uncontrollably (can't adjust the spray intensity) outside of the shower, forcing us to mop up the water all over the bathroom floor with towels. It really sucked. I messaged the contact person; she claimed to have never heard anything about it previously, which I find surprising (and I wasted a lot of time trying to explain it). I think it is poor form to not know how all the appliances / shower bath operate (or not). The shower mechanism needs to be replaced with something normal and/or having a door you can slide or close so water doesn't spray everywhere given the weird mechanism to turn on the water. I would ask before booking this place beforehand, unless you want to deal with it. I would've appreciated some sort of apology and confirmation message that she did check it out and would address it. no "thank you for letting me know" either. I spent all this time to let her know of the problem, not convinced it will be addressed. Less bothersome but still irritating, is that I'm paying a cleaning fee and I'm supposed to take all the garbage and recycling at the end. I think we were supposed to put garbage in the basement, but the elevator wouldn't go down to the basement so I had to dump it in the bins on the street.

Smještaj je bio blizu svih potrebnih sadržaja, u zgradi u koju mogu ući samo stanari, sigurno je za boravak s djecom. U apartmanu je bilo dostupno sve potrebno za boravak. Parking ispred apartmana je veliki plus, samo pazite ako imate veliki auto, možda bi vam bio otežan pristup.

O anfitrião não respondia e não explicou direito a tal vaga na garagem que havia no anúncio, colocando-nos em situação constrangedora. Além disso, a descoberta nos últimos dias antes da hospedagem de que havia uma "caução" de 1 mil euros a ser paga nos deixou bastante inseguros, já que não foi feita, assim que chegamos no apartamento, uma "visita de vistoria" para registrar alguns danos que notamos no apartamento. Felizmente até o momento (1 mês depois) não tivemos surpresas negativas.

Struttura che sfrutta al massimo tutto lo spazio , ottimo non manca nulla . Il bagno pure essendo piccolo ha anche la lavatrice ! Il piatto doccia grande , ma il box doccia walkin non tiene bene gli schizzi dell’acqua e pertanto ogni doccia significa acqua sul pavimento .
Appena arrivati abbiamo avuto un problema con la doccia che non scaricava l’acqua … per una struttura del genere mi sarei aspettato che avessero controllato attentamente il tutto prima di fare il check-in . Comunque nell’arco di 2 ore dalla segnalazione è arrivato L’idraulico e tutto è stato risolto !
Appena arrivati abbiamo avuto un problema con la doccia che non scaricava l’acqua … per una struttura del genere mi sarei aspettato che avessero controllato attentamente il tutto prima di fare il check-in . Pour le logement quelques manques et produits non disponible (éponge, produit vaisselle un kit de démarrage , une ou deux capsules pour la cafetière ) et surtout un entretien général à revoir TV arrachée du mur de la chambre, aucune réception des chaines française. Ecoulement de la douche inexistant.

Ne louez pas ce logement. L'annonce et les photos ne reflètent pas la réalité. Une chambre minuscule. un parking qui n'est pas un parking. Si vous avez une voiture familiale, suv ou 4x4, oubliez la place. ... pas assez large, pas de place pour manœuvrer. La pièce a vivre : une tv qu'il faut débrancher rebrancher, éteindre le boîtier, une télécommande qui ne fonctionne pas . Un coin cuisine avec le strict minimum qui doit sûrement hériter des produits laissés par les locataires. Seule la salle de douche pourrait être bien si l' eau chaude était fournie.... nous sommes tombés sur 3 jours sans eau (la totalite du sejour) et pas de solution venant de l'hôte . Bref, mis à part son emplacement, rien de glorieux dans ce logement. Nous sommes partis avant la fin du séjour tellement la réactivité s'est faite attendre.

Les photos donnent une bonne idée de l'aménagement du logement et notamment de la disposition de la chambre. Les emplacements de stationnement en ville peuvent être étroits, si votre voiture est imposante, n'hésitez pas à contacter notre équipe pour vérifier que vous pourrez en profiter. La cuisine est quand à elle équipée afin de préparer des repas simples, les différents ingrédients ne sont pas inclus dans la location. Nos équipes vous ont proposé un dédommagement suite à la panne d'eau chaude et les réparations ont été effectuées le plus rapidement possible. 1 address incorrect. I arrived at a hotel spa.
2 Called Welkeys. Given 2 different phone numbers. 3rd number unanswered for an hour. I finally got a text, asking why I hadn't answered on whats app. I told her that as a small, female, solo traveller, I do not answer unknown numbers, all communication occurs through AirBnb (it's policy). She told me I was wrong. She finally sent a video with instructions for accessing the apt.
3 long black human hair in the bed (I have short red hair). Bug traps on shelf by the bed. Dishwasher smelled like an animal had died inside. Shower did not drain, 90 sec water before it flooded.
4 every communication w/ them, they were rude and belligerent.
5 complained to AirBnb: they "can't do anything since Welkey corrected the problem and I had a great time," even when I pointed out the safety issue of demanding a guest use text for critical info
6 there's more, I have photos, but only have 1000 characters here

Cancelled accomodation 50minutes before check in due to a cleaning issue however, the issue was known to the host since the morning but we were not informed until late afternoon. Spent 2 hours attempting to find an available hotel with all our luggage.
A replacement accomodation was offered in the same message however it was further away and not at all as nice (no price difference offered with this option either).

It was one of the best airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. The apartment is modern and new. It was clean, bed sheets and towels looking like new ones, smelling really good. Location was great, just across the street from the beach (10 minutes walk from Vieille Ville). The fact it had a garage saved us a lot of money too. The host answered us quickly. I can’t recommend it enough. I’d Definitely come back.

Loveeed this place and wish I could’ve stayed longer. The only thing I had trouble with was finding it, but I was sent videos that helped me and made it really easily. Extremely clean and all new furniture. I’d definitely go back next time I’m in Nice!

Very nice stay. Location is perfect, in front of Promenade des Anglais, with several options of restaurants around and also close to the Old Town of Nice. The apartment is new, very functional, with an interesting terrace. Great choice in Nice!

nice and clean accommodation with easy access and collecting the keys was easy too. easy access on to the promenade des anglaise, about a 20 minute walk to old town. There was a nearby Supermarket and Bakery.

The apartment was just like the pictures. Very good location, a lot of Restaurants around the corner. Beach is just 2 mins by walking. Everything was great and as expected based on the pictures and description. The communication with the staff was fast and very good! The apartment is in a very well positioned, 1 minute away from Promenade des anglais and 15 minutes from the Nice Ville train station. The apartment was very clean. However, it was very small, much smaller than it seemed in the pictures. The amenities were lacking. While there were pans and pots and plates, there wasn’t anything to actually cook with (oil, salt, pepper etc.). There was a coffee machine, but no coffee pods to use with that. When we asked were we could find coffee pods, the answer was “at the supermarket”. The dishwasher also did not work properly, the dishes were still dirty after a 4 hour run. There was no dishwashing liquid to hand wash the dishes, so we had to use shower gel. The apartment is nice and good value for money, but there were lots of small things missing that would have made the experience much better.

Overall, our stay at this apartment was good! It’s a modern little apartment that was pretty clean and nice. Great location! Just seconds alway from the beach and a 10 minute walk to the center of town. There is also a grocery store right across the street and the apartment is on the ground floor which is nice if you have luggage. There is a cute private patio with a table and chairs as well. Our only complaints were that check in was a little confusing, the bedroom was dusty, there were no paper towels in the kitchen, no trash can in the bathroom, the shower was either really hot or super cold no in between, and we were only given a roll of toilet paper so we ran out and had to buy our own. At the end of the day, we were happy with our stay! The apartment could just use a few more basic necessities to make the stay more convenient!

Wer nach Nizza möchte und eine neue modern eingerichtete Wohnung sucht, ist hier richtig. Den Parkplatz gibt es dazu. Das Apartment befindet sich in zweiter Reihe zur Promenade von Nizza und ist durch einen Zaun/Tor von der Öffentlichkeit "geschützt". Die Wohnung ist sehr modern was nur leider nicht immer praktisch ist. Alles in allem würde ich es wieder buchen :-)
