The neighborhood
Enjoy the beach, the Mediterranean sun and the South sweetness for a stay. Ideally located 10 min away by foot from the station, you’ll reach the Croisette and the Festival Palace in 5 min, and the old city and the beach in 3 min. You will also be able to enjoy all the proximity shops around the flat. You'll find nearby the Fortville market and its local producers, the Musée des explorations du monde or the excursions on the Lérins islands.

J’ai réservé deux jours avant mon arrivée, sans aucun problème. Contacté directement, j’ai eu toutes les informations nécessaires pour mon séjour!
Appartement très bien situé, en cœur de Cannes, très agréable de pouvoir sortir et profitez de la ville et du bord de mer à 5 min à pied seulement 🙂 . (Attention, pas de parking gratuit vraiment à proximité) Logement impeccable, propre et fonctionnel. Calme car ne donne pas sur la route passante.
Nous avons eu un super séjour à 3 🙂

A lovely apartment in a prime location right on the Cannes harbor. The space is beautifully furnished, clean, and equipped with high-quality bedding and towels. The kitchen is practical and well-stocked, making it easy to prepare meals.
However, we were surprised by the lack of any information about local activities or amenities, and there wasn’t any welcome gesture, such as a bottle of water in the fridge. That said, the host (agent) was very kind and responsive, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, a great stay with room for small improvements.

Posizione eccezionale, appartemento spazioso e ben organizzato, equipaggiamento in ordine e piacevole. Ho portato anche il mio cane (ingombrante) e non abbiamo avuto nessuna disagio. Poco luminoso perchè purtroppo ha la vista sul vicolo

This place is in one of the most desirable part in Cannes, right on the harbor, within walking distance of everything. It is on the first floor ( second for American guests :) of a beautifully well maintained building. It is very calm, spacious, well organized and brand new. We had everything we needed. I have been lucky to spend a lot of vacations in Cannes and this place was perfect for my family during our two nights stay. We did everything by foot and had a great time! I highly recommend it to Cannes’ lovers.

Excellent location, nice appartment with air conditioning Bathroom is not well planned considered with sand coming from the beach and no separated shower wall, not nice to go to wet toilet. Bath rugs would have been nice. Sink and toilet seat are too high than normal.

Ottima posizione. Attrezzatissima, c’è tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Ottimo anche il check-in e checkout indipendenti, con precise indicazioni via whatsapp e mail. Nulla, tutto perfetto. Forse l’unica cosa un po’ scomoda è il quarto letto estraibile.. ma per qualche giorno va bene così.

We had trouble getting responses from the host, never received check in instructions, no response to messages for hours, finally when we were able to call, they said they sent a what's app message to our local calling card number, no email, none on the air bnb app. It was a total disaster getting in esp late in the night with two little kids. The place itself is in an excellent location, walking distance to the beach, paid parking is next door, the apartment is pristine with beautiful decor and very cleanly maintained. Make sure you get the instructions before getting there!
