The neighborhood
Very close to the train station and the port, you will access by walk in less than 10 min to all the places that make this nice city famous : the Old Antibes, Picasso Museum, beaches… It will also take you just 20 minutes walking to join Juan-les-Pins and all its bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Thanks to the station just nearby, you will also join easily all the other cities of the French Riviera.

Bra läge på lägenheten och den motsvarade bilderna, så långt bra! Lägenheten var dåligt städad, smutsigt på golvet, hittade kvarglömda strumpor på golvet under säng och hylla i sovalkov från tidigare gäster. Det värsta var att där var kackerlackor, både på toalett och vid köksinredning, så vi sov inte gott. Meddelade Welkeys som hänvisade till värden via sms. Värden svarade inte på det meddelandet.

Good location Although the property appeared clean when we arrived, it had clearly not been cleaned properly as we were very shocked to find a used condom wrapper on the floor. The electricity constantly went on and off during our stay whenever we used kitchen appliances and the balcony door never locked. The company that owns the flat were quite helpful to begin with, however after we reported these problems they were not helpful at all and the contact we had to message during our stay started to ignore my messages.

Me and my friend had a great 3-night stay! The flat looks just like the photos, good layout and perfect for two. The terrace was larger than expected. You are 8 minutes away from Antibes train station that takes you pretty much everywhere around the riviera. The bus stop for Juan-Les-Pin was a 2 minute walk, restaurants, shops and bakeries 3 minutes away and roughly 10 minutes away from two beaches. All whilst being placed in a peaceful neighbourhood. Would recommend to everyone staying in Antibes!

With reference to our recent stay in Antibes, the building has a major electrical fault as there’s insufficient power to the building thus no electrical equipment will work, ie kettle, hot plate, microwave, washing machine, air conditioning cutting off.. we made a complaint to Welkeys and the owner and we were told we would be refunded money due to the inconvenience of having to eat out for breakfast, lunch and dinner which added extra cost to the holiday, still waiting for this to happen but no response. Also there is brick work falling from an apartment above onto the outside patio which is very dangerous and will cause injuries if anyone is hit by the falling masonry. We also had a problem with the apartment not being cleaned properly. This property should be taken off the rental market until electricity issues are resolved.

Piccolo appartamento grazioso, dotato di tutto il necessario con un bel terrazzo, comodo al centro, vicino ai negozi e comodo anche per il parcheggio. L’appartamento era abbastanza pulito e l’host disponibile. L’unica cosa eccessiva la cauzione che non viene richiesta al momento della prenotazione ma solo successivamente. No comment

The apartment itself is cute and small. The location is perfect, and the walkability is so great. Apartment is close to a Carrefour for groceries, and a great little cafe around the corner called Cha Bothé (HIGHLY recommend).
The things that bothered me were… - the lock on the first door (the door to the entryway) was very stressful. I was stuck trying to open the door for 35+ minutes, until the Wellkeys person finally responded and said he would come from Cannes and that it would take him 30 minutes. I had just done a grocery shop and had milk and other things that needed to go into the fridge. It was scary, as a woman, not being able to gain access to the apartment and being stuck outside. The door was a huge stressor.
There was also a terrible smell that came from the bathroom, and I had to close the door so it didn’t make the apartment smell. It wasn’t the cleanest (hair on the floor etc), and I wore thick socks in the apartment the whole time so my feet wouldn’t get dirty.

Perfect space for two. The apartment was decorated nicely and had a great size bathroom. The bed was a little stiff for me but my husband liked it. We used the balcony and it was peaceful. Parking is on the street and may take a minute to find a spot. Nice that we didn’t have to feed the meter overnight. It was walkable to restaurants and shopping. The air conditioning and washing machine worked great. The lobby area of the apartment is very secure and well lite.

Recently renovated, the apartment was great. just outside old Antibes so it's very quiet but less than 5 mins walk to the restaurants. Bathroom was bright and clean with a great shower. The balcony was a great extra too.

Apartment is in a great location 45 mins walk from Antibes train station and 10mins to the old town and public beach.
Check in is easy via lockbox and apartment was modern and clean.
Antibes is in a great location for day trips to nice, Monaco and Cannes. The town itself is lovely. The apartment is on the edge of the old town so a short walk to where all the restaurants and bars are but is still quiet in the evenings.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is PERFECT! Two minutes from all the restaurants and shops. 10 minute walk to the public beach, 30 minute walk down to Juan Les Pan where all the beach clubs are. The apartment was brand new so there were a couple of teething issues but nothing the team weren't respondent to. Only one loo roll which sounds silly but when you're on holiday, you don't want to purchase these things. Otherwise, it was a fantastic stay, really good value and would recommend. Really responsive and nice to communicate with. Quick tip as they don't give washing detergent, next door there is a laundrette, you can pay for a small cup there! Saves buying a whole tub.
