Recently fully refurbished and nicely decorated, this nice apartment will be ideal for a relaxing stay discovering Antibes and its surroundings.
This lovely 52 sq. m flat is located on the 1st floor (with lift) and includes:

The neighborhood
Very close to the train station and the port, you will access by walk in less than 10 min to all the places that make this nice city famous : the Old Antibes, Picasso Museum, beaches… It will also take you just 20 minutes walking to join Juan-les-Pins and all its bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Thanks to the station just nearby, you will also join easily all the other cities of the French Riviera.

Completamente soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno. abbiamo avuto un piccola difficoltà iniziale per capire dove fossero le chiavi d'ingresso ma il personale ha risolto velocemente. La posizione era ottima per noi che volevamo visitare con l'auto anche le zone vicine . Molto comodo il parcheggio nel cortile interno perchè sarebbe stato difficile trovare parcheggi liberi nella zona. Il quartiere è vicinissimo al centro e non lontano dal porto e dal bellissimo lungomare di Antibes. L'alloggio è come si vede dalle fotografie e l'abbiamo trovato comodo e pulito.

Was good to have a parking space at the property. What was missing was storage for clothes, 1 wardrobe only had hanging, there was plenty of hangers the other wardrobe had only shelves which contained the spare bedding and towels. Kitchen was well supplied. What would have been nice was a welcome pack with basics ie coffee, milk, etc.

Bra läge i gamla Antibes. Fin lägenhet med modern standard, både tvättmaskin, diskmaskin och aircondition. Prisvärt boende med sköna sängar. Gratis parkering på gården. Ca 50 meter till välsorterad mataffär.
Dåligt städat när vi kom, diskmaskinen var full av odiskad disk. Strömmen gick 14 gånger under första dygnet. Värden ordnade sedan detta och bortsett från det var vi mycket nöjda med lägenheten under vår vistelse.

Everything was actually perfect for us, nice and clean. Good location.
The only problem was that the fuse kept gong off, and if even if we told the manager, the problem was not fixed. We had planned to make meals 'at home' some days, but had to spend our money dining out instead. I expect to get some refundert, but I have not gotten it yet.

O apartamento tem uma tamanho excelente , as camas são ótimas, bons travesseiros, roupa de cama e banho boas. A distribuição das peças também é bem agradável. A rua é ótima, central mas tranquila. O apartamento tem potencial para ser uma hospedagem excepcional , no entanto alguns detalhes acabam prejudicando bastante.
Na sala há um sofá de tecido com almofadas que tem um odor muito ruim, o mau cheiro de suor acumulado toma conta do ambiente. Sentar nele nem pensar, o cheiro é muito desagradável. A limpeza também está bem deficiente. Persianas encardidas de sujeira, sacada com sujeira acumulada de meses. A

I really liked staying here. I thought the parking was nice and it was in a good quiet location. I typically do not like corporation owned airbnbs but for this one I would make an exception and stay here again. Also the decor was nice and everything felt super new. Thanks!

The apartment itself was pleasant and well-designed, but not clean: cushions lacked protection and were very dirty (blood stains), dishes were dusty, and the sofa had a bad odor.
The beds were of good quality, comfortable, and large (which is rare in a rental).
There were very few utensils in the kitchen, and all the pans were Teflon-coated and heavily worn. We had to buy our own pan to cook in a safe container.
We requested a second set of keys, which was delivered (into the box). However, it did not include a key fob for the building door, which was inconvenient, especially since the intercom wasn't working.
We didn't have keys for the garbage room, neither.
The circuit breaker tripped five times, unable to handle many electrical appliances being used simultaneously.
Poor sound insulation with the neighboring rental property.
The beds were of good quality, comfortable, and large (which is rare in a rental).

Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen und wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten/Matratzen wirkten echt neu und waren überhaupt nicht durchgelegen.
Das Foto der Keybox beim Check-in war veraltet. Die Box sieht nun anders aus. Das gab kurz Verunsicherung. Für den Parkplatz auf dem Hinterhof empfehlen wir einen Kleinwagen. Unser Mietwagen der Mittelklasse hat fast den Weg blockiert.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à Antibes, notamment grâce à cet appartement, bien décoré et équipé, pratique avec sa place de parking privée incluse... A 10 min à peine à pied du vieil Antibes, nous avons pleinement profité de cette belle ville et des alentours. Les voies rapides pour se rendre à Cannes ou à Nice sont faciles d'accès. Nous recommandons à 100% et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Logement conforme aux photos. Taches sur canapé et coussins, aucun produit de nettoyage sur place ni éponge, mais appartement propre. Aucune notice d'utilisation des appareils électroménagers. Situation idéale pour parcourir Antibes et le cap. Parking inclus ce qui n'est pas négligeable. Communication en cascade un peu laborieuse : Wellkeys nous donne le numéro de téléphone d'un concierge qui n'est pas le bon puis un autre pour finalement revenir sur le premier. Une fois le bon interlocuteur identifié la communication a été bonne. Vu les précédents commentaires j'avais pris les devants et tout s'est bien passé. Seule ombre au tableau : des tâches de sang sur les dessus de lit que l'on a signalé. L’appartement est fonctionnel. Les voisins du dessus un peu bruyant certains soirs.

A nice apartment with private parking in a very convenient location in the centre of Antibes.
Too many stipulations regarding an excessively high (and costly) security deposit, which besides making you feel uncomfortable, it also made the accommodation feel bad value.
The pillows were very uncomfortable, the beds were good. The provision of a cup of tea or coffee, would have made us feel more welcomed (like in every other place we have stayed).
Too many stipulations regarding an excessively high (and costly) security deposit, which besides making you feel uncomfortable, it also made the accommodation feel bad value.
The pillows were very uncomfortable, the beds were good. The provision of a cup of tea or coffee, would have made us feel more welcomed (like in every other place we have stayed).

l'état général pourrais allé si le ménage était fait dans les règles et ne laissait pas à désirer. A notre arrivé, après la route pour venir et pouvoir nous reposer un peu, nous avons dû faire venir la femme de ménage pour effectuer celui-ci, avec des photos de l'état des points qui n'était pas propres que nous pouvons vous fournir : cuvette des wc avec des poils, tâche indéterminées devant le four, évier cuisine pas propre, lèche frite du four sale, glace sale, cuisine pas clean, tâche sur coussin du canapé, problème de porte d'entrée avec cache de gonds posé à côté, micro ondes non lavé, etc...

This is the perfect spot for a stay in Antibes. Apartment is spacious enough for 2 couples, and you'll be enjoying all the city has to offer. You will love the provided private parking!
On the less friendly side: Welkeys fails to deliver as advertised on any kind of "Concierge service" in Antibes. A What'sapp video to a lockbox is not a welcome (make sure you have the app installed in advance!). The local team also fails to effectively communicate (or show actual concern) upon being informed of a problem (issue with hot water was never really fixed), or even to pro-actively communicate on the checkout process (eventually, a one liner on What'sapp to use the lockbox again).
In short: great apartment and location, but don't expect much from Welkeys' local team.

Not friendly for group travellers. Only 1 set of keys for a group. It was not possible to put the keys back in the lockbox as the lockbox is shared with the “neighbour” (another Airbnb), so they would be able to access the apartment. Also, the check-in instructions were not clear. They said a concierge would meet us there in the check-in instructions (false). There was no information on the booking or email where the lockbox was. So it took us an hour to receive the information where the key was to get in. We had to ring them 3 times. Not enough toilet paper provided for a group of four to get us through even 1 day. Not very group traveller friendly.

Hi, we have read your feedback carefully. There is only one set of keys provided per booking, to limit risks of them being robbed or lost for example. Articles such as toilet paper are always provided for the first nights, not the entire duration of the stay. The check-in can indeed be done independently according to the schedule of our team. Appartamento grazioso, pulito e corredato di tutto il necessario. il posto auto è un plus di valore.
Nei dintorni ci sono tutti i negozi utili, market e panetteria, il centro e la zona pedonale sono a due passi.
