Appréciable d'avoir un concièrge et donc un interlocuteur ce qui mermet de communiquer indépendamment de la plateforme de location.

The apartment was huge and perfect for a family and our daughter who is 19 months. The stairs leading up to the bedroom on the second floor were behind a door, giving us peace of mind that our daughter could play safely without worrying about the stairs. The apartment was in a fantastic location across the bridge from vieux Lyon, close to restaurants, public transportation, great shops, and many grocery stores. Highly recommend!

Spacious apartment in a central location with good living area. Note that one bedroom is off the living room. However, it is very noisy on weekends. The neighbours below had a very late party on Friday that kept us up. We were traveling with very young children and it woke the entire house up. The worst part was the management company - they were incredibly unresponsive and unhelpful. Also providing only 1 key for a 8 people apartment is ridiculous, despite asking for another multiple times during our stay.

Nice place and accurately described but management company is not doing their job. House sleeps 8 but only provided one key fob (had to ask for a second). Using basic common sense, a group of 8 (we were actually only 4) is not going to depart and return at the same time. Dishwasher was not emptied and there was an old bag of onions on the counter and a large dead plant in the living room (i.e., the bright green one in the photos is now completely brown). No hand soap in bathrooms including the communal one downstairs. We chose the place because it had AC but at least 2 of the units had the red light on indicating filter had to be replaced and when we asked company to address they noted they could not on a Sunday and then did not follow up. We ended up not using AC units because friend with allergies was having issues. Very limited paper products provided, especially for a house sleeping 8. We bought our own paper towels and toilet paper. Mold in upstairs bathroom.

A lovely apartment in a great location for the city. Very poor communication from Wellkeys, particularly on check in and check out processes. We were charged for £800+ for replacement keys, Wellkeys have never provided any justification for this charge and refused to engage on seeking a sensible resolution.
Booking.com also failed to help in seeking a conclusion to this unreasonable charge.
I would not book with Wellkeys again.

We loved our stay I Lyon. Lots of space in the apartment, we were a group of 7 adults and one child. It was clean, with comfortable beds, and great location, walkable to everything. So many restaurants, boutiques and food stores close by. Host was very responsive to any question or request we had. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful apartment in the midst of great shops and restaurants. Very clean, nice appliances. The elevator from the ground floor was much appreciated even though we often walked up the stairs. Inside the unit, there is a circular staircase to the upper bedroom area. It is very pretty and charming - just something to note if guests have mobility issues. Loved our time in Lyon!

We spent four nights at this “superb” apartment. The property looks good in pictures, but the pictures do not accurately represent the property. We would NOT recommend this property.
The apartment is two floors with the kitchen, living room, a bedroom without a closet and a toilet downstairs. By using a spiral staircase, you access the upper floor, which has one bedroom with a shower and sink-no toilet, two other bedrooms, a hallway bathroom with shower, tub and sink-no toilet. There is a tiny room with a toilet in the upper floor hallway. It Is so small it makes it very difficult/uncomfortable to use the toilet.
Location is good-close to Rue Mercier and Rue Grenette. Comfortable beds. Clean sheets.
The bad: Communication. When asking information about the property prior to booking, answers were incomplete. Certain questions were not answered. We assumed it was the result of translation from Eng to French and vice-versa. I’m not so sure now. The bathroom/toilet situation was not made clear even though we asked.
The property was not cleaned very well. Particularly, the cloth headboard in one of the bedrooms had hair and dirt on the top and back side of it, which is unsanitary. None of the sinks or showers drained properly. The sinks/showers could not have been properly cleaned since the drains did not drain. Disgusting! There are many other items to mention, but I am limited to 1500 chars.
Many aspects of this property are in a very worn state almost in disrepair.

The apartment was in a great area. It was easy to walk everywhere, find restaurants and shop. The apartment was very comfortable with many amenities. The host was very helpful in greeting us and explaining the access. The host called as we were approaching to confirm arrival time. The train station was about 30 minutes away. I would recommend staying here.

The apartment is large in scale. Property agt that met us was very nice, but delivered some unfortunate news. The lift was inoperable. Really surprising that the rental company did not email me in advance to advise of that development to ensure that there were no travelers with mobility issues. We learned of it upon arrival. We do not have mobility issues, but I selected this apartment because it had an elevator to reach the upper floors w/bags. 73 steps up & 20 in the flat.
On the lower floor, there is a W.C, living room, kitchen & very small bedroom.
There is a spiral staircase leading to the upper floor. I am not sure that even if the elevator was operating that you would have access to the upper floor & bedrooms. This is not described at all in the apartment details. Neither are the W.C.s
On the top floor of the building, there are 2 king rooms, 1 w/shower&sink, laundry room, an external room w/shower & bathtub & a VERY TINY water closet that is next to the laundry room & spiral stairs.
Pros - the location is great, plenty of glasses/plates, washer/dryer.
Cons - magnetic toilet seats, only 1 WC for 3 bedrooms upstairs, no real kitchen equipment for cooking, dull knives, no water upon arrival as advertised. Some had to go down the spiral stairs middle of the nt for the WC. Towel rack in lrg bath didn't work & no reply from agt. Needed 2nd key & that took many texts/long time.
Had a great trip, loved the location, but would not choose this flat again.

Die Lage ist für eine Städtereise ideal, die Wohnung ist groß und für einen Aufenthalt von 7 Personen grundsätzlich geeignet. Da unsere Reisegruppe nur aus Einzelpersonen und nicht aus Paaren bestand, gab es in unserer Konstellation Schwierigkeiten mit den recht schmalen Doppelbetten. Atmosphärisch hat uns die Wohnung gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung der Küche hätte umfangreicher sein können, es gab keinen Wasserkocher, keine Kaffeemaschine oder ähnliches, keine Kanne. Die Aufteilung der "Bäder" ( es gibt nur ein separates Bad) ist für eine gemischte Reisegruppe nicht optimal. Während unseres Aufenthaltes hatten wir 2 tote und eine lebende Maus in der Wohnung, deren Herkunft unklar geblieben ist. Die Wohnung im übrigen war sauber und gepflegt.

La situación en la que se encuentra el alojamiento. En su interior, espacios amplios (habitaciones, comedor, cocina y baño) exceptuando los 2 WC El punto prioritario para nuestra estancia era la existencia de ASCENSOR ya que éramos personas mayores y alguna con movilidad reducida. Nuestra sorpresa fue que no funcionó dicho ascensor durante toda nuestra estancia, con el agravante de tener que transportar el equipaje y la compra diaria (80 escalones en un edificio antiguo y de muy difícil acceso)
Los dos habitáculos del WC muy incómodos por ser extremadamente pequeños. Además las tapas de los mismos no estaban sujetas al inodoro con el consiguiente peligro.
