Nestled in one of Lyon's most elegant districts, this 54 m² ground floor opening onto the street flat is perfect for exploring the city. It is composed of :

Das Appartement befindet sich nicht an der angegebenen Adresse, vielmehr handelt es sich um einen Zugang um die Ecke, vermutlich eine ehemalige Werkstatt (?). Wohn/Kochecke liegen de facto im Souterrain, es ist dunkel und so gut wie nicht belüftbar, dementsprechend war es grenzwertig stickig. Die Fotos suggerieren jedenfalls völlig andere Lichtverhältnisse.
Die Deckenhöhe beträgt im "Obergeschoss" mit seinen zwei Schlafzimmern und dem Bad ca. 190 cm, im unteren Bereich geringfügig höher. Oben winzige Fenster, zwei davon zum ungepflegten Hinterhof mit Mülltonnen. An einem ließ sich der Rolladen nicht öffnen. Der Rolladen, der die teilverglaste Wohnungstür zusätzlich gesichert hätte, ließ sich nicht runterfahren. Kontakt mit der Agentur im Vorhinein gut, nach dem Einchecken keine Reaktion auf Nachfrage. Die Kaution wird über einen anderen Anbieter abgewickelt (mit einer zusätzlichen Servicegebühr). Insgesamt ist der Preis für diese Leistung nicht angemessen.
Es war einigermaßen sauber.

Les plafonds sont très bas. L'appartement est sombre, ce que ne reflète pas les images publiées sur l'annonce. Au premier étage, il y a une fenêtre condamné qui empêche de ventiler la chambre, il y faisait très chaud.

Le ménage est correct, il manque un nettoyage approfondi du logement. Les équipements sont très corrects, il manque simplement le sèche cheveux.

L'appartement se situe à 5min à pied de la station de métro la plus proche, et en 5min, on est en plein centre ville de Lyon.
Deux chambres lit double et une salle de bain / toilettes à l'étage. Plafond bas, ne pas mesurer plus d'1m95 ou vos cheveux toucheront le plafond!
Au niveau du rdc, un bon salon/cuisine équipé. Un canapé lit confortable, pratique pour loger à 6.
Je recommande, logement bien situé et bon rapport qualité/prix!

La luminosité faible (une petite fenêtre disponible au rdc seulement, l’autre n’ouvre pas et donne sur un local poubelle), un peu d’humidité (manque d’aération) et la relation avec l’agence de gestion qui a envoyé 18 mails en amont, dont une demande de caution de 800 euros certes visible sur l’annonce initiale, mais noyée dans d’autres infos.

Sin embargo; había una televisión que no tenía control remoto, escribí para que solucionaran el problema y dijieron que lo harían y nunca lo hicieron en 4 días. Para el elevado valor que uno está pagando, no habían paños de cocina ni bolsas de basura. Muy ruidoso por una construcción al lado. Ubicación muy alejada de todo, 25-30 minutos del centro. Y el check out me parece un ABUSO, a las 9:00 am es demasiado temprano, en todos los hoteles es en general a las 12:00 o como mucho a las 11:00 pero a las 9:00 es un descaro. Sin duda no volvería a este lugar.

De plus, bien que nous l'ayons loué en pensant qu'il pouvait accueillir cinq personnes, il s'est avéré à notre arrivée que sa taille était plus restreinte que prévu. Malheureusement, il était trop tard pour annuler la réservation. En réalité, cet appartement convient mieux à trois personnes qu'à six, comme initialement annoncé.
