- a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, blender, hotplates, fridge, dishwasher),
- a bathroom with shower,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, ironing equipment, fan,
- cot, baby bath.

The neighborhood

In the heart of the 6th arrondissement and a stone's throw from the magnificent Luxembourg Gardens, you will be at the heart of intellectual and cultural Paris, in the district of universities, theaters and literary cafés. Many activities will be within walking distance, and you will have the choice between many museums, restaurants, cafes and bars. You can access the Pantheon, the Luxembourg Museum, the Orsay Museum or the Pont des Arts in less than 10 minutes.
