This beautifully appointed flat is close to the Princesse slopes and the centre of the village of Combloux, for a high-end stay nestled in the heart of the French Alps.
Recently renovated and carefully decorated, this lovely 57 sq. m. two-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of a small chalet-style residence. It offers:
- a terrace with views of the surrounding peaks, including Mont Blanc,
- a lovely living room with a comfortable lounge and a cosy dining area,
- a welcoming bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
- one bedroom with bunk bed (sleeps two),

The neighborhood
The location of this flat means you can quickly reach the Princesse cable car or the Portes du Mont-Blanc ski area to enjoy your favourite winter sport: skiing, sledging, snowboarding. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking: on foot in summer between farms and mountain pastures, or through snowy landscapes in winter. Water sports enthusiasts can go rafting, canyoning or discover the natural pool at the Biotope lake. Combloux town centre is just a few minutes away by car: enjoy the shops and stop off at the Ferme du Val Mont Blanc for local produce or book a table at the Coin Savoyard.

Nous avons notés 2 bémols qui nous ont un peu laissé sur notre fin:
- la route en contrebas du logement, assez bruyante, qui peux être dérangeante, surtout l’été , ou le paysage magnifique suggérerai un cadre paisible, ce qui n’est malheureusement pas le cas.
- nous n’avons pas pu profiter pleinement de la terrasse, qui était un peu étriquée, sûrement dû au mobilier de jardin qui prend trop de place. Nous avons été gênés aussi par les poils de chien du voisin du dessus qui tombent sur le balcon ( pour le déjeuner et le dîner, l’apéro, vraiment pas top). Malgré ces petits désagréments, nous avons passé un très beau séjour .

Unit is clean and comfortable. Felt very newly renovated. Good location.
Some noises from neighbours were disruptive one night but they were very apologetic and kind about it.
It was difficult to get instructions on how to use the heating and oven and towel heater.
