Appartement rénové, grand espace et environnement calme. Il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer quelques jours dans cette belle ville. Nous avons été bien accueillis, entrée autonome et facile. Nous sommes dans le centre-ville, vous pouvez tout faire à pied, d’excellents restaurants. 3 etage avec une valise 🫣, mais cela ne vous empêchera pas de venir ici.
Comme recommandation, je changerais les oreillers, ils sont très bas.

Emplacement en plein centre. Appartement et équipements neufs (Ikéa). À noter que, sur simple demande, les frais de caution Swikly (5€) peuvent vous être remboursés par le gestionnaire du logement. Un peu de café, thé, huile, vinaigre... auraient été appréciés. Pas de vraies tables ni chaises pour manger ou utiliser son ordinateur sans avoir mal au dos.

10 minutes walk away from the Montpellier Saint-Roch Train Station. Centrally located to everything. Clean/newly renovated. Easy walk to all the shops, restaurants and various sights. One nice restaurant just downstairs. Also close to the tram that I found extremely convenient to get to various locations outside the old town. I do have only one complaint and one note (observation). Complaint: The comforter had an extremely bad smell, so I had to wash it before using. Note (observation): Place is on the third floor with no elevators and could be a struggle for those challenged by stairs, as the number of steps would also be more than that of a regular three floor steps for most people.
Other than the complaint and observation, a definite good place to stay and I would recommend.

The host is very friendly and helpful, the flat spacious and comfortable straight in the centre of the city - couldn't ask for a better location. Lots of restaurants and bars on the doorstep, but in a quiet pedestrian only road. It's quite high up the stairs on the 3rd or 4th floor if I remember correctly? But completely worth it if you don't mind the steps - which are big, wide and beautiful.

The apartment is very central in the old town. Location is 5 minutes from Place de Comodie. It is a very quite apartment, newly renovated and has evrything you need. It was very comfortable and the host was great. I will stay again.

Vincent from Wellkeys was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful.
The apartment is great and is in a great location.
Only downsides are the 1) Noise in the night, it was very loud which made it difficult to sleep at times; and 2) the number of stairs to reach the apartment. Luckily we are a young and active couple. If we were a bit older it’s definitely not easy.

L’appartement est propre, lumineux et très agréable à vivre. Le quartier de l’Ecusson est réputé pour son côté vivant et ses nombreux bars et restaurants. Fort heureusement la rue où se situe le logement est plutôt calme et fenêtres fermées on n’entend aucun bruit. Proche de tout, je recommande pour un joli séjour montpelliérain.

Le séjour s'est très bien passé du début jusqu'à la fin ! L'accueil s'est fait en personne et le départ aussi. Vincent de Welkeys a été très réactif et agréable lors de nos échanges. Fantastic location! Even though it is right next to Place de la Comédie, the apartment was very quiet. Fairly well-equipped and you get good exercise going up lots of stairs. Hosts were very responsive.

Vincent was very helpful and met us at the location to give us the keys and walk us through the space. Super responsive and a great location! It was perfect for walking around and being centrally located. Very comfortable space and had everything we needed in the kitchen. We highly recommend.

Nous avons passé un agréable week-end. L'emplacement de l'appartement dans la vieille ville est top ! La vue sur les toits , sur ces grandes bâtisses en pierres et sur le clocher au loin est juste magnifique . La proximité des bars, restaurants et commerces est très agréable, et celle du tram est un vrai plus! Petit bémol au niveau de la propreté de l'appartement ( cheveux dans la douche , poussière sur le meubles, eau stagnante dans la bouilloire électrique ).Le terme de "ménage de qualité hôtelière " n'est pas adéquat ! La literie est confortable mais les oreillers sont à renouveler. Pour le reste , fidèle à l'annonce . Le week-end est resté agréable . Carole et Denis

Heel mooi appartement pal in het oude centrum en de perfecte uitvalsbasis om Montpellier te verkennen. Dicht bij de Place de la Comedie om de tram te nemen.
Niet aan te raden voor mensen slecht te been: appartement is op de 3e verdieping met heel wat trappen. Vincent van Welkeys hielp ons bij het inchecken om onze valiezen naar boven te dragen, waarvoor dank.
