The space

With its 100 square meters, located on the 5ᵉ floor (with lift), consists of:
- a pleasant balcony overlooking the rooftops,
- a bright living room decorated with care with a magnificent fireplace,
- a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer),
- two bedrooms with double beds (160 cm),
- one bedroom with single bed and work desk,
- two bathrooms with bath,
- hoover, washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer, ironing facilities, fan, books, clothes hangers, etc.
- TV, satellite or cable, WIFI.

- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€

You can also visit the Le Divan bookshop and explore the green lane, ideal for relaxing walks. The flat's proximity to public transport means you can reach the famous Champs-de-Mars and the majestic Eiffel Tower in just 20 minutes.
