You'll be living in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of town, just a 10-minute walk from Blonville-sur-Mer beach and the town center. From the apartment, you'll enjoy a lovely view over the Normandy countryside and the Villers-sur-Mer marshes, as well as a side view of the sea.

This 30 m² apartment is located on the 1ᵉʳ floor without elevator and comprises:

What's more, the apartment's ideal location means you'll be within easy reach of the Côte Fleurie's most famous tourist attractions, such as the D-Day landing beaches and the many nearby Normandy resorts.

From the apartment, you can reach Deauville town center in just 10 minutes by car. Here, you can stroll among the many Belle-Époque villas and shop in the luxury boutiques and small designer stores. Of course, you can also take a stroll along the beaches or try your hand at sand yachting, or head to the famous Clairefontaine racecourse to watch a legendary horse race... and don't forget to try your luck at the Casino!

Nearby places of interest: the Clairefontaine racecourse, the Villers-sur-Mer marshes: a natural biodiversity reserve, the Batteries du Mont Canisy: a beautiful historical curiosity, a legacy of the Second World War, the Clairefontaine racecourse: the cliff of the black cows on the Villers side and along the coast at low tide.
