The space

Located in the 1ᵉʳ arrondissement, just a few steps from Place du Châtelet and the Châtelet-Les Halles metro station, you'll be staying in the most central district of Paris, within easy reach of all the capital's monuments and must-see places. In addition to its ideal location, you'll be staying in a charming, typically Parisian, high-ceilinged apartment in an old building. With two bedrooms and a balcony, this rental can accommodate up to 4 people.

This apartment will be perfect for visiting the center of Paris as it should be. What's more, you'll be in a strategic location with excellent transport links, enabling you to reach the four corners of the capital in no time at all.

This 58 m² apartment located on the 2ᵉ floor with elevator is composed of:
- a beautiful, bright living room, typical of Paris,
- two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm),
- a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, hob, oven, fridge, freezer),
- bathroom with shower and WC,
- washing machine, hairdryer, iron, vacuum cleaner, books,

- 9 m² balcony.

- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44€.

The neighborhood

You'll be staying in the Halles district, in the heart of the 1ᵉʳ arrondissement, the oldest neighborhood in Paris. Although it has retained its historic imprint, the Halles district is now a lively neighborhood, surrounded by popular stores and shopping malls, as well as numerous trendy bar and restaurant addresses and sides. When it comes to art and culture, you'll be spoilt for choice, as this district is also rich in modern art museums and close to the emblematic Musée du Louvre, less than a 10-minute walk away.

The Jardin des Tuileries, Opéra Garnier and Place de la Concorde can all be reached in 10 minutes by public transport.
If you're keen on shopping and luxury boutiques, you'll be close to the famous Rue Saint-Honoré, accessible in less than 10 min by metro.
