On the first floor of a residence without a lift, this two-bedroom apartment boasts an open view. With 36 sq. m. of living space on two levels, it features:
- a lovely terrace with a table and chairs, equipped with a plancha,
- a comfortable living room with lounge and dining area,
- a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, hob, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher),
- a charming bedroom with a double bed (140 cm),
- a bedroom with a bunk bed (sleeps two),
- a bathroom with bath,
- TV and Wi-Fi, DVD player,
- baby cot,
- hairdryer, washing machine, ironing facilities, hoover,
- a private parking space.

After 10pm, loud noises are no longer accepted.

The neighborhood

With its convenient location, this flat makes it possible to enjoy a daily stroll along the beach, which is just a 5-minute walk away. Walk along the promenade Marcel Proust along the seafront to the town centre, also known as l'éventail, with its many shops and restaurants. Do not forget the market held in the Halles car park on Wednesday and Sunday mornings out of season, where you can buy the freshest fish and seafood. As you explore the town centre, you will inevitably notice the Grand Hôtel and the casino, as well as the 150 Belle Époque villas! When it comes to restaurants, try the seafood at Baligan or a gastronomic experience at Bouche à Oreille or Jeff.
