With its 32m² duplex, including the bedroom upstairs, this welcoming space can accommodate up to 6 people. Enjoy soothing views over the courtyard and the majestic surrounding mountains, creating a relaxing setting.

This charming apartment, located on the 3rd floor with elevator, features :
- a cozy living room with a sitting area including a sofa bed, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge),
- a bedroom with a sofa-bed that converts into a double bed (140cm),
- a second bedroom with two single bunk beds,
- a bathroom with bathtub,
- separate WC,
- vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, clothes hangers,
- games for all ages, children's games, children's books, books,
- two ski lockers (open with apartment key),
- TV, satellite or cable and Wifi.

Free parking is available at the foot of the building (please note that the car park fills up quickly).

The flat is located in a busy area, and noise pollution may occur.

This apartment is within easy reach of the slopes (2min walk to the Télécentre terminal haut and 6min walk to the ski lifts). Nestled in the Cognet district, you'll be surrounded by local shops, lively cafés and practical services to make your daily life easier. Take advantage of the neighborhood's best deals, such as Le Trappeur's exceptional burger. Nearby La Fromagerie offers an ideal selection of cheeses and charcuterie, perfect for convivial raclette or fondue evenings. The discreet but excellent restaurant, Le Dahu grillé, also has some pleasant gastronomic surprises in store.
