The space

Located on the ground floor, this 28m² apartment offers a comfortable and functional environment for your stay. It comprises :

• a comfortable open-plan living room with a sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed, and a dining area,
• an open kitchen with all the necessary equipment: coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer,
• a cosy bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm),
• bathroom with shower,
• separate WC,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron,
• TV.

Please note the following additional charges:
- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: €25
- Check-in between midnight and 6 a.m.: €44
