The space

This apartment, nestled on the 5th floor with elevator, offers a bright, comfortable setting for your stay.

This 65m² apartment comprises :
- a bright living room with a sofa bed and a convivial dining area,
- a separate, fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, fridge, freezer),
- a welcoming bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
- bathroom with shower,
- separate WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, fan, clothes hangers,
- TV, DVD player and Wifi.

Please note the following additional charges:
- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: €22
- Check-in between midnight and 6 a.m.: €44

The neighborhood

The Beaugrenelle district is renowned for its shopping center and cinema, just a few minutes' walk away. You'll also find a selection of restaurants such as "Le Relais Charbon" and "La Véraison". For lovers of picturesque strolls, the Pont de Grenelle and Champ de Mars are just a 30-minute walk away. Convenient public transport, such as the Charles Michels metro (2 min.) and buses 42, 70 and 88, make it easy to get around Paris.
