Had a great time here, enjoyed the local cuisine and visited a few well known landmarks. The apartment is conveniently situated at 6-7 minutes from the metro station, so commuting is a breeze.
The only thing we didn’t like was that the place was a bit dirty. The sheets didn’t seem to have been washed recently and had some visible stains on them. Not the best thing to find on a bed, but it is what it is.
The bathroom has a few black elements, like the sink, which had lots of stains. A lot of them were not recent.
All in all if you have a high tolerance for stains and don’t raise your hopes high, this is a decent place.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und für 4 Personen sehr gut. Auch der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage war sehr nützlich. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Metrolinie 13 ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und es gibt einige Restaurants, Supermärkte und eine leckere Bäckerei gleich um die Ecke. Der Check-in war reibungslos und Hacene hat uns freundlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Er war auch sonst immer hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (z.B. zugige Fenster und teilweise Gerüche) aber im Großen und Ganzen sauber.

I really wanted to give the place five stars, location is great, spacious enough, parking and apartment is equipped with everything you need. My only complaint and the reason why im giving 4 stars is that i had some issues with the cleanness of the place. Bathroom tiles were all stained like it was cleaned in a hurry, i sent a picture to the concierge and he said they tried everything… i took a cloth with water and the stains came out.. the closet with the vacuum smells really bad and there was a pile of dirt under the sink. Its small details, other than that the place is great and would definitely stay again.

It was a bit tricky at check-in, we arrived later than anticipated partially due to heavy traffic and were left to manage the process on our own via concierge guidance through WhatsApp. Very important to take pictures of everything, high & low.
The furniture is as pictured and was comfortable. There is an induction cooktop that I could not figure out how to use, I did appreciate the Nespresso, kettle & microwave. Plenty of dishes & glassware.
Good restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, shops, etc in the area.

Ubytování se nachází v dobré lokalitě. Je tu klid, čisto, dobrá dostupnost služeb - metro 5min, obchod s potravinami 5min, McDonald´s 5min, pub´s 5min. Skvělý prostor apartmánu - 65m2. 2 balkóny. Silná WiFi. Možnost parkování v podzemí domu. Bezpečnost objektu. Vybavení kuchyně. Pračka. Výhled na památky Paříže, apartmán se nachází v 7. patře. Výtah. Starší televize - nelze se připojit k WiFi, nedostupnost aplikací Netflix, HBO, Disney... Malý sušák na prádlo. Žádné židle ani stoly pro balkóny.

Zimmer und Küche waren gut ausgestattet. Nähe zur Metro (5 Minuten Fußweg). Blick auf den Eifelturm und Sacre Coeur. Übergabe könnte besser organisiert sein. So war nicht klar, wo und welcher Stellplatz verfügbar ist. Ebenso keine Anleitung, wie man vom Haus in die Tiefgarage kommt (Code und Bedienung) und wo Müllcontainer sind.
