Nestled in the peaceful, family-friendly Square Bolivar, this 35 m² apartment is an invitation to relaxation and comfort in the heart of Paris. Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, this apartment can accommodate 1 to 4 people. It includes :

• a bright living room with a sofa bed and a workspace,
• a separate kitchen with dining area, equipped with everything you need: microwave, hob, fridge, freezer,
• a spacious bedroom with a double bed (150 cm),
• bathroom with shower and WC,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, fan,
• stereo system, Wifi and books. Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.

- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€
- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€
