• an outdoor area with barbecue, terrace and Jacuzzi,
• a large, light-filled living room
• a fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, ice maker, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
• two bedrooms with double beds (160 cm)
• a third bedroom with a double mezzanine bed (140 cm) and two single bunk beds,
• a bathroom with shower and bath
• a second bathroom with shower and WC,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ventilator
• cot, high chair, children's games and books,
• Wifi, TV, satellite or cable, DVD player, stereo system.

It is formally forbidden to recharge your electric car in this accommodation, on pain of bail.

By train: Biarritz station: 27.2 km, approx. 1h26 by public transport.

By bus: Line 1B YEGO nearby to the SNCF train station and other local destinations.

By plane: Biarritz-Pays Basque airport: 27.2 km, 40 min by car.
