Located in Praz-sur-Arly, this 135 m² two-storey wooden half-chalet can accommodate up to 10 people. With a 165 m² exterior including terrace, balcony and garden, it offers all the comforts you need for an unforgettable stay:

• an open-plan living area with lounge and dining room,
• well-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
• a master suite with king-size bed (180cm), dressing room and bathroom (shower and WC),
• a second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm or two 80cm beds) and a workspace,
• a third bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm or two 80cm beds),
• a fourth bedroom with 4 single bunk beds,
• a second bathroom with bathtub,
• separate WC,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron, clothes hangers, central heating,

Praz-sur-Arly is a charming family ski resort with breathtaking mountain views and privileged access to a multitude of outdoor activities. Just 800 m from the ski slopes and 300 m from the start of a beautiful hike, this chalet is ideally located for winter sports and nature lovers. Just 1 km from the town center, you'll find all the shops you need for a pleasant stay: Intermarché, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, ski rental, etc. Nearby, a lake offers children's activities such as accrobranche and inflatable games, while the busy tourist office organizes regular events to enrich your local experience. For gourmets, restaurants such as Les Ronins offer tasty cuisine within a 25-minute walk.
