• an open-plan living area comprising a lounge, dining room and office area,
• a fully-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juicer, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
• one bedroom with queen-size bed (160cm),
• one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) and a single bed,
• bathroom with bathtub,
• separate WC,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, clothes hangers,
• fan, central heating,
• Smart TV with Netflix and Disney+, games console, stereo system, video library, Wifi, books,

Just a 20-minute walk takes you to Biarritz's Grande Plage, a must for surfers and sun-worshippers alike. The Thai restaurant "Petit Siam", the Tabac-Presse "Le Bayard", and the Casino and Vival minimarkets are less than 8 minutes' walk away. For a cultural experience, the famous Hôtel du Palais and "Les Halles" market are a 15-minute walk away.
